JFC Dylan, drink some fucking water. He looks at least 15 years older than his actual age (25-26, no?) here, it's shocking.

I'm also fascinated by his ability to open his mouth so wide he looks like he's gonna swallow some poor asskisser's head whole. It seems to be a thing with these incredibly over-the-top twinks and drag queens, the ability to disengage the lower jaw like a reticulated python. Dylan is aging horribly. He easily looks late 30s with how pronounced some of those wrinkles are. His diet likely sucks though. He doesn’t actually eat vegetables, and will only have them in things like green juice, and he consumes things like soft pretzels and pasta regularly. He needs to eat steak more often because that has collagen in it, and drink more water. I’m with the other posters here that have said his skin would improve if he stopped eating like crap. Even the makeup can’t disguise it well. I actually don’t think he’ll improve his diet anytime soon and just go the fillers route though. Wouldn’t be surprised to see him post an ad for a skincare product that helped his wrinkles in the future when it was actually just plastic surgery.
