Rabbit, balldos and rackets crossover.

Don't know if it'll lead to anything, but I'm unsure as to how legal it is to use someone's "likeness" (in this case the .png owned by the company that employs the rabbit) in your advertising without even asking first.

See this is why "Gun control" is retarded, as well as against the 2nd Amendment.
You can make an auto sear for an AR15 from a wire coathanger.
Of course it's just a pointless waste of ammo unless you're in an actual war zone and trying to keep the enemies head down, but it's easy to make.

There are a few other DIAS approaches, that are relatively cheap to produce if you possess a FFL 7 SOT 2 license.

Or you could just buy one of these for $28k and you wouldn’t even need the license.

Even a rubber band or a shoestring can be used for a similar effect.

It's pretty completely illegal. It's not parody, it's just creating the false implication that someone endorses your product without paying them for it, e.g. Waits v. Frito-Lay, Inc., 978 F.2d 1093 (9th Cir. 1992). In this case, Frito-Lay tried to hire Tom Waits, of all people, to do a voiceover for their commercial. Needless to say, being Tom Waits, he told them to go fuck themselves, so instead they hired an impersonator to fake his voice.

He sued and won $2.6 million, which was (mostly) upheld on appeal. They found a $100,000 Lanham Act award was duplicative of damages from other claims in the case and vacated that.

The anime rabbit's is probably worth considerably less than Tom Waits', but it would still be the sort of "oppression, fraud, or malice" that justified punitive damages in Waits.

This makes it even more embarrassing that Balldo Man has made this product of a fraudulent, thieving company a core part of his Internet identity for completely incomprehensible and perverted reasons.

Probably referring to 1 Tim 3:2:

Therefore an overseer must be above reproach, the husband of one wife, sober-minded, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach,

Probably some take like, 'it says leaders! But the rank can have more than one!'

This ignorance is astounding, but they are the ones who rail against the Church have almost NO understanding.

If I'm understanding this right, Balldo just gave some of Rekieta's detractors free money for making fun of Rackets there.

So Nick started his post-stream LOCALS show with a 5 minute rant on how the red-pill community is BS and harmful to men disillusioned by the modern relationship market.

Please someone clip that and put it next to him calling his haters 'incels', 'prudes', 'virgins', and the like!

Also, he rants at the very end about how he 'HAS to get out of the state.' He has a self-diagnosed 'seasonal affective disorder'. Living in MN is 'crippling [his] ability to do anything', but he 'do[es]n't know how to uproot [his] kids'.

The middle was filler and blah boring nonsense.
He sure loves to complain about small problems. I'm sure this retard can afford a therapy light for his "SAD".

Covering Ralph's latest filing would not only be easy and entertaining content, it would probably buy him some of the lost goodwill back from people over here. That goes double if he uploads the filings as PDFs so people don't have to literally screen cap Matthew Vickers' streams to read what Ralph wrote.

I was going to say the only work he'd have to do is FOIA the document, but he says "I got a copy of something involving Ralph's lawsuit" which suggests to me it was sent to him as a sweetener. If I had to guess it sounds to me like either Vickers or one of his confidants (Shannon Gaines?) tried to sell him on covering it. I doubt Ralph would have sent it so Nick could mock his writing, and I don't believe an actual copy of the document has been posted online. Unless someone sent him the shitty screencaps that got posted here (no shade to the person who posted it, it's just the best we can do unless someone posts the PDF).

I don't know why he's passing up on the easy Ralph content. It could have something to do with Ralph feeling very strongly that Nick acted unethically and as a "shyster lawyer" after giving him legal advice. That didn't stop Nick from mocking Ralph earlier last year, but that was before he had an ethics complaint that actually got investigated. We are now up to 2 confirmed ethics investigations. The OLPR is circling and at a certain point you have to imagine they will just find an excuse to slap him with something just to send a message to Nick to stop doing things that end up wasting their time, so maybe he didn't want to do something that might provoke yet another complaint.

The other potential reason is he doesn't want to get in a slapfight with Ralph because Ralph will "go there" with regards to the Hedonism II and Gay 90s trips and all the dirt that's been accumulating on Nick. As I said before, Nick is now in a position where he can't really get into arguments with other creators in the same way he used to. As soon as he gets into it with someone who isn't in the LawTube sphere who is reliant on being in Nick's good graces, they can just slap him down with the "swinger thing".

A slapfight with Ralph could happen, but either side can just deny it (or paraphrase the allegations to their liking in their response) and Nick can default to the copes he's been using since this started, or say "it's all true" and default to sarcasm. If Ralph did have anything new/old on Nick, the defense will likely come down to "Your source is Ethan Ralph? You know something is wrong when you're siding with the Gunt. Etc..."

Of the many factors at play, I will focus on three: Nick, his content, and his audience. Other factors could include performance across various platforms and the boost from his "cancellation", but I want to keep this as short and focused as possible. Wish me luck.

For Your Consideration:
Nick himself is 41 and unhappy about it. He identifies more with older married people who are losing interest in their marriages and need to spice it up more and more or risk failure. Nick is clearly in love with his own wisdom on the subject of sex and relationships and begins to minister to men and women his age in this area, and so has courted a host of sexually disaffected men and women (Locals).

Nick then becomes increasingly preoccupied with sex until it becomes his raison d'etre.

Over the years the overall focus of the content has shifted from the "lolsuit", to KickVic, to Rittenhouse, to Depp. This is a steady departure from KF-oriented content to more mainstream content.

Nick's audience has shifted, from those interested in the e-drama of "internet celebrities", to weebs, to those looking for justice in the USA, to wine moms obsessed with A-list celebrity drama and the "unprecedented" event of a major celebrity being in legal trouble with their spouse.

What does the gunt have in common with the people in the lolsuit? A fair amount.
What does the gunt have in common with Kyle Rittenhouse, or Johnny Depp? Less so.

Ralph is a big step backward (at least chronologically) in terms of who Nick is, his content, and his audience. His current most ardent supporters say they don't want to hear about legal topics because they are boring, and if his target demographic (Locals) were silly enough to post this about the farms, they likely only have a passing familiarity with Ethan Ralph:

Locals vs Kiwis.jpg

There have been hanger-ons who stuck around because they liked Nick even after the main focus of his content shifted outside their interests. Nick is in the process of shedding those fans as they see more of who Nick is/was as he shifts to more sexual content with guests who make their living off of innuendo, sex appeal, and the like. After reviewing some of their content I have found their insights to be disappointing, but I digress.

At this point, Nick's ideal next big lawsuit to cover would have to be a high-profile case, broadcast live, where he can signal the virtues of being "sexually adventurous" with one's spouse. Ralph isn't any of that by a longshot. It's KF and KF-adjacent people who are mostly interested. That said, these are the people who helped Nick get his start in their own way, so Nick is still leaving money on the table.

Also, KF isn't Nick's priority outside of being an obstacle to be overcome or ignored (depending on his mood). He does this at his own peril, since there are lessons to be learned in this museum of mental illness known as the Kiwi Farms. This is why I would recommend that he cover Ralph, as a wakeup call to his own behavior and to potentially earn some support (cash) for his lawsuit by earning it rather than asking.

TLDR: This is what is likely playing out in Nick's head; a mixture of laziness, disinterest, and shifting priorities. In terms of who Nick is, what his content is, and who is audience is at this point in time, the Gunt isn't a good fit for anything more than passing commentary and not so much full coverage. That said, I hope he changes his mind or at least doesn't forget his roots as a watchable interweb lawsplainer.

I love you himedall (full homo) and imma let you finish but dropping these hints about a big project is a little gay. Just hit us with it baybee no need for vague posting
I am working on it currently, and I will drop it when it is ready. I do not mean to blue ball, but I will stop mentioning it. In order to avoid DFE, I need to secure the data before being more open about it. Apologies.

I think this here is a very astute observation. Nick is subtly adjusting and curating his content AND audience to centre around this things that he is interested in. I think that many here (myself included) may be looking to see how he could rationally make more money and improve his content, but the narcissism driving this sudden deviation does not coexist well with the mania that is motivating him.

On one or two of the camelcast streams he told a travel story where he accidently took a gun through an airport security checkpoint, they questioned him and let him take it back out to his car but he was "glad they didn't check it because it wasn't registered to me." I'll try to find the clip when I can, but if your interested I believe it was either in the nerdrotic on or Donut operator one. He told the story in both but I think it was just one that he mentioned the unregistered nature of the gun. Though they apparently talked about triggers at some point which I haven't listened to yet so it could also be that.
I wouldn't think he lives anywhere that requires gun registration. I thought he lived in Alabama and I don't think they have anything like that.
I'm kind of doubtful about the story. Getting caught by the TSA with a gun usually doesn't involve being just told to take it outside and put it in your car. Its usually a fairly serious thing.

As far as the trigger stuff goes, unless one of them talks about actually having done it or describes "how to" in too much detail on Youtube.....it doesn't matter and its gay.

Anyone remember when he used to actually get decent lawyers on his panel shows and not a bunch of worthless degens?
Well 3 worthless degens (including him), an unwatchable boomer, and an australian that autistically raged when he got 3 down votes on a video.
When did that happen?

They were talking about triggers so probably a forced reset trigger, lightening link, or drop in auto sear. Outside chance it's an HK trigger pack or M2 carbine trigger pack. Pretty much covered the bases on the common illegal full auto stuff that is more or less a drop in trigger.
I find it hard to believe that they know about/understand M2 or HK trigger packs. They are gun normies.

The story is 100% fake. I have seen 2 toy guns in airports, both in very Republican areas. Each time, the entire section of that checkpoint was cleared out (and directed to another x-ray machine), a whole team of TSA agents showed up, and the gun was carefully removed, checked, and confiscated. The family carrying the fake gun was told to stand around embarrassed while their bags were searched like this. It's a big event when a gun gets to the TSA. There is a 0% chance that a TSA agent would just tell him to put it back in his car. They don't do that with knives. They don't do that with water bottles.

This is more evidence that coomalot is a total phony. Personally, I doubt the veracity of most of his sex stories, even though they usually involve trailer trash women, and I think he probably pulls them from some subreddit or forum (although I haven't found the source yet). Coomalot is a gay-coded solid 2 on a good day, and even trailer trash would be repulsed.

He was living with that girl "Tiny Badger". If they were living together and not involved, that leads to a really high probability that the guy is gay and his pick-up artist stories are fake. If on the other hand he was involved with Tiny Badger, his sex stories are almost certainly fake because the things he describes are highly improbable if he was living with and involved with a woman.
