Yes. He's intentionally vague about specifics and the time line of this supposed "identity theft" (guess why), but it's not his bank leaks and he has no idea how someone did that! They are fabricated or belong to an entirely innocent person, who lives in the same area as him and does the same thing.

And he of course never reported anything the police. He said they just ignored him and said to him to come back if his report was related to like human trafficking or murder. Big X on that, anything regarding to the identity theft is just a classic DSP lie.

Out of curiosity I just googled what you should do in the event of identity theft and every single article lists contacting the police and the FTC. So we're supposed to believe that not only did phil not research what he should do, the lawyers he supposedly had involved didn't think to file a police report either.

I wonder if a lawyer and the banks involved would even be able to do much without a police report first.

That sounds like the work of a hack lawyer like Nick Rekieta. A true lawyer would say, talk to the bank and then bitch on stream.

The moron replying is forgetting that DSP runs heavy censorship in all of his platforms, and while yes, the comment above is showing, a lot of criticism is and has been banned by DSP.

DSP is also a massive cuck in the interview where he could have went on the offensive. Like being told if he would go after pay pigs who wrongthink, or threatening a guy who fucked him over. Honestly this selfinflicted shotgunblast to the face pretty much makes whatever has gone before kinda uninteresting.

But for me (being one of the numbers autists) I would say that the fact that February was Phils worst month for bringing in money on record is the most interesting thing.
He still makes more than enough money for sure but the downwards trend is here and he needed something to boost him, clearly the interview (combined with his -67IQ move to rebrand KoH channel as DSPReacts) was supposed to be that thing.

A big chunk of DSP's current persona is his LARP as (his idea of) a "mature family man".

He can characterize old relationships as toxic and put the blame for old problems on Pandalee and Subaruman, those were in the past, before he and his wife met. But people seem to have proof that the mobile game spending is an ongoing issue.

You spend an hour a day with your wife, but you have enough time and money to spend on mobile games? Is something wrong with your relationship and you're avoiding your wife? He can't go too hard with the addiction angle without portraying even his current relationship in a bad light, destroying the LARP and kind of throwing Khat under the bus, which could cause further issues for him.

I think the whole reason Phil wanted to tell the "identity theft" story so badly and kept bringing it up and trying to talk about it to the point where Adam called him out for it, was because that is the story he has told his wife and he claims she was watching.

This would give him an excuse, with the thousands of dollars needed to fix it with the lawyers and banks or whatever he claims is just gone from his account (to mobile games), and that he can never admit the bank leaks are true because Kat has no idea what he is really up to.

Just some fun speculation really, the most likely reason is just Phil being an addict and wanting to hide it from his dents and whales, but I would really be interested in knowing what Kat knows/doesn't know about his gacha addiction.

And finished. DSP really comes out weak here, and by Keemstar of all people, who keeps repeating the same retarded video game analogy. And there are plenty of attack vectors he could have used: Keemstar has far worse reputation than DSP, he behaves in a disgusting manner (if he started the conversation back then with "I won YouTube" then anyone with balls would tell him to suck a cock and hang up), he'll almost certainly scam DSP and try to stir life ruining drama, his "podcast" somehow morphed into a wrestling show, which is several times worse than anything DSP has ever done (especially since I'm pretty sure Boogie has heart problems).

I don't understand the other interviewers not calling out Keemstar, which seemed very unprofessional. They give DSP a ton of shit for an edgy joke but not a wrestling show of untrained unhealthy fatties? How can they equate someone who's done internet bloodsports for a guy that at worst insulted others and threatened a guy who fucked him? Egging on DSP for doing the "podcast"is also terrible considering it's clear that he is terrible in communication and that he is going to be eaten alive there.
