Dr Sidhbh Treasa Gallagher / "Dr Teetus Deletus" / Gallagher Plastic Surgery / Gallagher Med Spa / @drsidhbhgallagher/ @dr_sgallagher / @gendersurgeon - Sex change surgeon who uses TikTok to advertise her teet yeeting services to depressed children

Also, am I the only one who questions the use of watermelon emojis to censor the massive melons of a black woman? Of all the options to censor the patient's formerly female nipples, Gallagher chose watermelons. The optics are less than ideal.
I was thinking the same thing and wondering who was responsible for that decision.

Lol

I just can’t with top surgery pictures.

The scarring always makes them look like goofy ass faces to me, like so:

Btw: Apparently her BMI was well over 40 when Gallagher butchered her.

Most responsible surgeons have a limit set on 30-33 since the fatter the patient, the more problematic the surgery and recovery.

One of Gallagher’s patients will end as a corpse in the future given her very fast and loose approach to risk. It’s just a question of when.

I have a feeling she knows this, given the fact that she has taken steps to insulate herself against lawsuits.

Spooky Scythe. What the hecky pecky is she on? Gave me chills. "If you want to worry there are other things to worry about...like your health... quitting smoking...<grimace>..." This is so different to her usual peppy pace.

(sorry if late/I've buggered the formatting up. I blame my age)

She sounds so non-human that I thought it was a deepfake. Holy shit that woman is creepy.

And another victim who probably did too much binding.
Binding is super-dangerous and so many young women have no idea.

"Stop worrying about binding, I'll cut them off anyway." completely ignoring all the other health complications, Jesus Christ.

Is it just dangerous in the way Victorian corsets were or does binding have its own set of risks outside of that?

That woman was not sober when she made that. My guess is patients have been having second thoughts after doing their own research/asking literally anyone else for advise.

edit: clarification

Corsets are actually way better for you than binding. They get a bad reputation from the hyper-cinched-waist trends, but daily wear corsets were as comfy (if not more so) than a modern bra.
Side note: For some people with medical issues corsets might even be a better option than bras.
BINDING, however, has no "Well actually" benefits. They're just bad for you. They prevent you from getting full breaths, cause what are essentially bedsores, deform the cartilage in your ribcage, damage your lymphatic system, promote muscle wasting, encourage skin infection, lead to permanent deformity of the breasts, etc. etc. etc.

I was thinking more of Victorian corsets. Victorian fashion - hell, Victorian England itself - was terrifying. A stiff wind catching your massive skirt could just carry you out to sea. Just existing in your house, with its arsenical wallpaper, could make you sick and kill you. Also, pregnancy corsets.

What upsets me most about this whole thing is that I know that having big tits sucks and sometimes you just want to lop them off and be done with them. What gets me so MATI with people like Dr. Mengallagher is that I could absolutely see myself getting caught up in this shit if it had been around when I was younger. Puberty sucks. Everyone has to go through it and be uncomfortable with their bodies for a while. Cunts like Sidhbh Gallagher offer a cure-all. "I can make you comfortable in your body."

This woman truly deserves the brazen bull.

There is something about this video in particular. This is like seeing beyond the veil to witness the archon speaking to the hylics.

I feel like when you are brought before Leviathan Lord of the Labyrinth, and its black gaze passes over you...you see flashes of this Dr. Sneed speech interspliced with pooner memes.

They irreversibly damage the growth of growing breasts, see 'breast ironing' which is a practice in parts of Africa where the women encourage doing this to their daughters on the onset of puberty to deter predators. It's in the name of protecting them but they absolutely deform the tissue and the breast ends up saggier than it should have been. As well as generally fucking up the breast tissue itself, you'll get nerve issues and problems in the surrounding arms and lymph nodes because everything is compressed under the covers, ligaments, blood vessels. Compress the blood vessels, you cut off blood flow. I think of it like a similar sort of mechanical issue as people getting bed sores on the side in contact with the mattress but even worse because, you know, it's the ribcage.

In a past era of the cosplaying community, nerdy girls crossdressing as male characters would advise each other not to use bandages or tape. I remember the general gist was that binders were a safe option with the understanding that this was only part of the costume to be worn for the day, not as a lifestyle, because the binders were meant for this purpose. They'd even say doing it incorrectly could damage your ribs. There was an attempt to be sensible about it but I really, really think this was a big avenue leading your average fangirl tween to being comfortable with DIY body modification via online advice and now time (and this thread) has shown me that binding at all was never safe.

Binding damages your ribs, worsens asthma and has the possibility to trigger pneumonia and bronchitis since your lungs can’t ever fully expand.

It can also lead to back/shoulder/chest pain, muscle injuries and lastly: Absolutely kills your titties, giving you the breasts of a fifty year old mother of five.

Imagine walking around all days with someone standing on your chest.

They literally grill rocks and then use that to damage the breast tissue.

Does this not sound like binding?

Which also makes sense why Shibby would encourage people to do it. If they have damaged breast tissue anyway, might as well cut it off, right? You'll never have "beautiful" breasts even if you keep them, so just cut them off!

It's got such a laundry list of 'side effects' (more like the direct effect) that I forgot about the respiratory issues too. It horrifies me how modern breast binding has sprouted up in the Western world to go completely, completely unchallenged, correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't remember any purely European society that had this specific practice. Hell, indigenous Americans didn't do this. Yet here we are in current year.

Anxiety can be painful you dumb bitch. That's one of the ways you can tell if you have an anxiety disorder or are just experiencing the emotion. If someone is feeling anxiety-pain for the first time in their life after you did surgery on them, then it's related to the surgery.

The fact she is one anyway...
wow I never noticed but has she had a stroke before or something? Or is this just Irish dysgenics?

Drawing the two lines, corner-to-corner in each eye, should allow us to gauge the relative (lack of) symmetry. The further the intersection is from the centerline, the wonkier her eyes are, objectively. I checked several frames and I'm sure you can replicate this yourself. This one has her fairly even-expressioned and "square" to the camera. While this can be caused by the underlying bone structure, your muscles control a deceptively large amount of how this will look.

If a medfag and a programmingfag/quantfag want to team up to do some good in the world, find a way to quantify how wonky fucking eyes correlates with the lolcows documented here. The last big study (archive) around '08/'09 got some notable press. Reuters for example. (Archive) I even find it interesting that there's notable cases of lolcows acquiring the wonky fucking eyes, like Ralph.

Think this YouTuber has been posted in the Dylan mulvaney thread before, done a send up of Dr sneed:

Edit ah ffs embedded media is not working for me at least, possibly cos I'm a retard at mobilefagging, but if it's just completelynot working I'll delete, here's a link: https://youtu.be/zY4rpWqxhDY
Working fine for me, and thanks for sharing it over here!
