We know Shane was on unemployment in 2016/17 from Tax Warrant for over payments by the Washington Office of Employment Security.

Shane claims he didn't receive disability until 2019.

We know he voted in Washington in the 2020 election.

So that's why I'm guessing the move was recent and he may really be on diability. Just look at ADF. He's moved to and from Oregon a few times and got set up with Tardbux each time.
