If this were 4chan I would suggest making a plausible-looking edited version of the whole comic with the anti-semitic caricatures added, in order to do a Ben Garrison. But it is not, and anyway the comic is ridiculous enough on its own.

The artist, Kenda Wells, had a minor Tumblr callout/cancellation campaign against her in 2019 for "sexualizing minors" among other things. I don't know if there's anything to it, because everyone on Tumblr is crazy and untrustworthy. But the sheer autism of the attached document with "proof" of her problematic-ness is stunning, and I say that as someone who posts on fucking Kiwi Farms. It has a table of contents!

Is it possible this woman did something wrong with medical records? Yeah, although it's more likely to be some kind of paperwork thing like most cases, but her summarizing her experience and telling some journalists isn't remotely within the purview of HIPAA even if she fucked up and gave too many details making the person identifiable.

If she broke HIPAA to share records with the AG for potential investigation purposes I'm sure there's some waiver somewhere in the law, nobody's going to write a law that says "oh hey we could have found out about these crimes but damn we couldn't see the evidence" and then run to the feds to prosecute except faggots who do other stupid stuff like troon out.

It's all a misdirection either way. Let's say the troon squad is correct and Jamie Reed did violate HIPAA. Does this change anything about the veracity of her allegations? Of course not, you might even say it supports her claims. Remember, she was previously branded a liar who made everything up and her story was already completely debunked. If that was the case there would not be any records she could violate HIPAA with in the first place.

They will do anything to avoid actually engaging with the subject matter, and they dragged Jesse and other people down this red herring path. These people need to realize that Jamie Reed being fined for violating HIPAA would not be a victory for them.

not being concerned with the veracity of the info, much less what the info would mean is seems like its just taking that reality denial line out further. If you are going to say one thing that people with functioning eyes will contest, what is shitting up the waters with more bullshit going to do but confirm that you are on the right side because people support you and a lot more are calling you out for being insane/not done their reading.

They don't like that he trooned out while being tormented in solitary confinement and received a pardon from a Democratic president shortly thereafter. He is a twofer rebuttal to their claims that transgenderism isn't a mental illness which is induced by one's environment and there are no social benefits to being a tranny.

Jesse and Katie talked about John Walker Flynt, aka Brianna Wu, in the latest premium episode of their podcast. Katie says that they even have his real name and photos of him before he trooned out, and that all you have to do is look at the guy to know that he's a tranny. No credit to the forum this time, but where else could they have gotten it? Nice to hear Katie literally laughing at the notion that anyone could look at John and think he was anything other than a man, though.

I am enjoying how it seems like she no longer bothers to hide her terfism much at all on the show, more often using troon pronouns in a sarcastic way or otherwise making it know she doesn’t see them as their chosen gender.

I've noticed that as well. I knew she was one of us when she hinted around the possibility of Keffals swatting himself way back when. Glad that she's comfortable enough, or just so over the travesty of gender ideology, that she's being more candid with her opinions.

Adjacent, she's openly contemptuous of enbys. I am always laughing when she talks about them.
