BTW, a bit of an update on our fake Captain. He's been mostly boring this year, but he had a brief moment of glory (I guess) in October when he got onto Drex's show for a few minutes and started bitching about Legalbytes. He even got a few hundred Youtube subs out of that.
Unfortunately, not long after, Rekieta decided to shove a bottle up his ass and start talking about Balldo. That seemed to rapid deflate interest in whole Legalbyes situation in favor of discussion concerning Nick's increasingly cowish behavior. Now he doesn't seem to know what to do. LOL.

The "official" reason seems to be that retards were posting picture of horse cock and whatnot, but I can't shake the feeling that this is really in response to Nick's Discord making fun of how Nick has been behaving lately. It seems a bit too coincidental to say that his Discord has been degen for years, but it only now needs to be dealt with. The timing is suspicious.

Now that you mention it, he's actually been a lot like Keffals in the sense that he expects and demands respect based on something he "self-identifies" as. He's even lost his shit when people have called him on it.
Unfortunately for Spectre, while transgenderism is a hideous thing that has infected our society, I'm pretty sure transrankism isn't widely accepted yet. Yes, Keffals can actually change his government documents to designate himself female, but Spectre still can't change his DD-214 to that of a commissioned officer and adjutant.
And thus, thankfully, there is still some sanity left in the world. Thank you, U.S. military.

I read a recent biography of Lt. Gen. Lewis "Chesty" Puller and was pretty surprised at the post-mortem section. Apparently, there have been a growing number of reports of his spirit haunting Camp Pendleton starting when the GWoT began to draw down. I've scanned an illustration of one such incident from 2020.
Chesty is one of the most celebrated Marines in the history of the Corps and he would beat Spectre to death with an entrenching tool if given the chance.

Nick's not going to cover it because he doesn't want to deal with the ethics complaints Ralph would file against him. Part of why the ethics complaints (save this one from the troon) haven't done dick diddly to Rackets previously was because there was no attorney-client relationship between Nick and anyone reporting him. With Ralph, he had one and he admitted as much openly. It puts him in a position where if he pushes too much, Ralph WILL respond by fucking with him with shitty paperwork. I mean, it probably won't look good (look at his most recent pro se filings that led to the judge throwing them out because they don't fucking matter) but Ralph stating that he had an attorney-client relationship and then further claiming Nick was representing him in a state he isn't licensed in (which wouldn't be true, but the board doesn't know that until they do an actual investigation) would likely lead to the ethics committee actually investigating Nick, even if that investigation leads to nothing happening. It's like lolsuits: the punishment is the process itself.
I mean FFS, Nick has SAID this is the reason he doesn't want to talk about Ralph and people still don't seem to fucking get this shit. They gloss over it so they can rail about how even now Nick is "gunt guarding".
As for Ralph winning, the guy is living in a ranted, black mold-infested apartment in Mexico. He's been bled fucking dry in legal fees by the Vickers. He's hiding in fucking terror from every knock at his door, wondering if that person is going to serve him with more paperwork. He's terrified to come back to the United States because he doesn't want to be arrested (his own fucking words). Masterson is coping, and for what reason no one knows really.

Apparently, according to both @Strix454 and @Balldo's Gate, he actually called up Montagraph's attorney, asked questions of Monte's attorney, and then funneled information he gleaned from that conversation to Nick's attorney (Radazza) while bragging about his epic investigation to the Internet. Apparently, instead of the asspats he probably expected, Radazza was none too happy and told him to knock that shit off and stay out of it.
Which means he learned nothing from the last unmitigated fiasco of trying to attention whore himself into somebody else's legal affairs. Never change, Spectre.

Right, and if you've also been paying attention to his Twitter you may have noticed he's been laying in on super thick with the Internet Tough Guy™ crap towards all of Nick's biggest enemies. Including Farren and Legalbytes.
I think he thinks that if he quadruples down and kisses the Balldo enough, Nick will finally carry him through the gates of Valhalla and anoint him a real Marine officer. Or something. This is, of course, an idiotic plan, but Spectre is the epitome of Dunning-Kruger. He's too stupid to know he's stupid. Which is why he always quadruples down.
Put another way, if he wasn't already fully Gator, he certainly is now. Except I think Gator objectively had it better because he got Killstream appearances fairly regularly, and has a lame anime podcast to fall back on.
