I don't think a lot of people are grasping this. A tourist visa allows you to do nothing but be a tourist. She can't sign contracts, she can't get credit, she can't open bank accounts, she can't work, she gets no free healthcare, she can't really do anything. She has no permanent residency, she is not permitted to remain in the country for more than 90 days, and she quite possibly won't even be permitted back into the country if she leaves in 2 1/2 months because you don't get to be a tourist forever. If she doesn't leave, then she will be an illegal alien subject to arrest and deportation.

So no, she can't get anything on her own in Kuwait, except maybe arrested.

Is that even possible? KYC laws usually require the applicant to provide information which includes government ID numbers. Unless you have access to that information via physical proximity or digital intrusion, it's unlikely you can provide all the required information.

I recently started paying attention to "GorlWorld" Twitter. As expected, mental illness runs rampant. For example, here is a post I did recently on Leungbabe, a former VIB. She's absolutely nuts, believes she's been communicating with Salah and his family since he was 14 years old, believes that several of his male family members wanted to marry her, claims to have been deeply affected by Salah's mom's passing. She believes that Chantal obsessively stalks her and communicates to her subliminally through language used in her streams/videos. She has been documenting regular ol' phishing emails for years, convinced they are proof of Chantal's harassment and attempts to scam her.

She was recently communicating with Perfectly Imperfect via Twitter, warning her that receiving the phishing emails means that Chantal has officially begun her "campaign" on PI. Not sure if she's the one claiming identity theft.

You should definitely periodically check out the VIB thread if you don't do so normally. The number of women that truly believe that Chantal is the one stalking/copying them is bizarre.

Just stuffing your mortal enemy's photo before the lens won't cut it. When actual money is involved, the entire process takes a step-up - she'd need to hand over a proof of address at the very least.
