I have a life so Im not reading all of that. But I would like to know on a scale of 1 to 10 how much bullshit it is.

In a nutshell, what we're seeing is a bit of numbers trickery. The study followed two groups of patients, one who received gender affirming medicine (abbreviated as GAM in the paper), and one that did not. Results were gauged via survey and the patients resubmitted the surveys in order to track any changes.
Here's where the shell game comes in:
The GAM group's reported rates of suicidality and depression stayed consistent (slightly lowering) across the timespan of the study, while the non-GAM group's rates rose sharply. With a little math, you can use those results to get the '71% reduction rate' we see in the articles by concluding that Gender-Affirming-care was the only different variable between those two groups.
HOWEVER 80% of the non-GAM group dropped out before finishing the study, so the results could have obviously been skewed by the most mentally ill among them.
It's junk science that's been fluffed up in their favor.

Ive noticed it too, many FTMs being weird about their twin brothers. FTMs dysphoria is mainly centered around their female features: imagine having a twin and you guys are pretty much the same from birth, but then puberty hits and it becomes apparent that you're very different.
