Yeah perfect for him. Except it's in Japan and he has no legal right to work there. So it might as well not exist.

As I said Chibi has no possible way to work in Japan short of marrying some Japanese woman. He's not skilled. Doesn't have a four year degree from a real college or university, doesn't have 10 years of documented experience in his field or isn't able to put down a large sum of money as an investor.

Even if he got said "perfect job" they will shove him to some tiny school in the middle of nowhere hours from Tokyo and he will constantly complain about how he can't visit his Mecca every day.

He's not even qualified for that.

My guess is he looked on some Japanese job board and found something that appealed to him and he's going to try to apply for it without looking into the visa necessities. And even if, by some miracle, he's able to get the visa what can he do that a Japanese national can't? That's the catch. Unless the job is to go BING! BING! WAHOO! at all hours of the day and make shitty commentary during it, he's got nothing.
