Ethan, who admits that he has zero influence on the movement (LOL) knows he can't get him unbanned, and is milking this tard for as much as he's worth with this party before he gives Ali the boot for good. In a previous conversation about cleanup, Ralph dodged giving a consistent answer whether or not he was going to pay or not, so Piggy is definitely trying to get the most out of this without paying a single cent before he hops the border, never to be seen by the Jamals ever again.

He's probably looking at being a semi-respected fringe internet celebrity - almost like a mini-Keemstar - had he not completely fucked his life. He was always a piece of shit but at least he at least had a sense for entertainment. A glimpse into the dwindling human soul in Ethan was seen in that clip.
