If he was drunk at 2pm, likely but, he would have been in the deep sleep of the drunk at 2am.

Although, I suppose he could have nodded off, then woke up at 2am, still drunk and started drinking again.

Patirck is a professional drunk. He keeps a certain blood alcohol level during the day, and starts to get really hammered around midnight so he can safely pass out 3AM.

He probably got a notice in the mail about the debtors exam Niki definitely saw it and freaked out, that bitch is so medicated and stupid fatty could have been leading her on about not actually owing quasi the money. Shit just hit the fan bigly im sure shes freaking out because shes also on the hook and porky has no source of income. Dicey Dicey does she divorce him? Bankruptcy? One of the leading causes of divorce in america is due to overspending and financial strain.
