Ralph is a piece of shit but it's pretty obvious that his worse offence against Claire was the "send pics to her kids friends" comment. Now if she wants to sue him for that, go for it, good fucking luck. Sucks she has nothing better to do in her life. Ralph said that, then doubled down on it, then tripled down on it, then yelled how that is perfectly legal (for children to share pics among themselves) and it's not against the law til finally he realized it's not a good look for him and now pretends it was a joke and he said not to do it. But I digress.
To this day Ralph was consistent about very few things and one of these things is that he did not ever see Claire's nudes, or her husband's superglued dick picture. He is consistent about that to a shocking degree. To sue him for "potentially ordering the hacking" of her computer, LOL, why does Ralph of all people get to be sued for that? Potentially it was me, potentially it was Jim. Potentially it was her ex husband she treats like shit, or a troon instance admin. The only reason she picks Ralph is because she acts like Ralph in this instance aka looking for someone to blame for her own fuck up. This hack is like swatting, we might never know who is truly behind it. There are endless number of orbiters surrounding it, just like with every swatting, and everybody is an innocent suspect. Get fucking over it Claire.
And still assuming it's real, what in the world got her to think Josh has some info to support her entirely made up story? She of all people should be fully aware that she made it up! If she is pulling a psy op on Ralph hoping to get him all scared of another court case, she is doing a bad job. I don't even think Ralph worries about this lawsuit. It is inherently neglectful to do as she did regardless of time availability because it put her kids in danger of their lives being affected deleteriously in a serious manner.
