Only in the short term. It's a perpetual cycle; Ye will eventually go manic again (probably in about 3yrs time, based one the gap between Ye20 and Ye24) and some new cranks will will suck him off for money and clout.

Apparently Adidas is sitting on a billion dollars' worth of Yeezies so I expect that partnership will resume in a few months.

I don’t think Ye will disavow, that’s not his style, from what I can see. Maybe he will, tho, it depends on how interested the media is in his change of heart and whether they care enough to interview/question him about it. But from what I can see, that’s not his style.
