I've been binge watching this because the last time I saw this was when I was in my tweens. I liked it then but now it's the funniest dated cringe show ever. Bad music to make up for bad tv acting. My favorite episodes as a kid were: The Revelations of Becka Paulson and Simon Says. It also had clip shows for some reason despite it being an anthology series.

I remember watching this as a kid. There was this the Twilight Zone and one more I am having trouble placing a name to.

YouTube recently put them up for free with ads. I've been watching them myself. It definitely suffers from some mid-90's cheese, but it is overall okay. The stories can still be interesting and oftentimes the twists endings are pulled off well.

Even though I figured out the ending to this one it still had me horrified.

Wil Wheaton's finest work. Episode: "The Light Brigade". Try and watch it before somebody spoils the ending for you. Don't worry if you fucking hate Wil Wheaton with your entire being.

There's also that episode that predicted terminally online internet addicts that can't into adulting.

Oh and the Alyssa Milano cucking episode. Really a show ahead of its time.

Old Outer Limits had that one that was the same as the Kirk-lizardman fight, only different.

I loved the episode where Michael Shanks is horrified that he is in love with a robot.

It may have had fairly low production values but it was alright for its time. Though they did tend to overdo the twist ending concept to an absurd degree, even when it was obvious it was coming. But they did do some interesting stuff from time to time, like the conversion had an interesting concept, though i'm still not entirely sure what the actual point was or what was really going on the whole time. They did a few pretty decent monster of the week type episodes like under the bed and the salt craving brain worms with doogie howser episode was somewhat original at least. But there were some really bizarre ones that made no sense at all like that one with the pissed off physics student who somehow comes up with a way to create a cold fusion bomb and holds the city hostage. The entire premise being how its somehow easy to make one if you ask the right questions expecting the wrong answers and somehow the ingredients were available to everyone seemed too stupid to suspend disbelief with. I mean a cold fusion weapon is still a nuclear weapon, its not like you can get the parts for it at your local home hardware. But yeah, its a series thats worth watching. Most of it anyway

Biggest issue I had with the series was more that it was filmed in the vancouver area and seeing easily recognizable areas got weird after awhile. Same thing happened with sliders, first wave supernatural and the 100, and hell final destination 3 for that matter - nothing like suddenly realizing you've been on the roller coaster everybody gets killed on a few thousand times in the middle of the scene. Though I guess thats not really a reflection on the any of the shows themselves and just something its difficult not to notice after awhile. I suppose people living in california have that happen alot as well with all the media stuff made there

I remember the episode where a woman builds a time machine powered by aborted fetuses.
Same thing happened with sliders
Sliders moved to L.A. in the later seasons when it really stunk. As a non-leaf Vancouver landmarks equals quality TV.

They had tits in some of these episodes, right?
Alyssa Milano gets possessed by an incorporeal alien that feeds on sexual energy.

Why can't hollywood produce such high-concept, intelligent sci-fi any more? *sigh*

My favorite episode has to be Stream of Consciousness as it completely called out everyone's over-reliance on technology. Except instead of computing ourselves to death, we become lolcows instead.

The awkward moment when the guy has to ask for a physical menu at a restaurant because he doesn't have an internet connection got a little too real

As is people who don't actually know how to understand information despite downloading entire .pdf of books. They actually lacked creativity to go outside of doctrine when it came to medical procedures.

First episode I saw of this had a plot of an alien chick fucking guys and absorbing them. At the end you can see her absorb a guy through her cuntgunt via bad CGI.

I was never able to catch it back in the day because the cable box in our home that got the movie channels and PPV for free was in my parent's bedroom and the show would always air around 9-10 PM when they were always home. I never saw a VHS release although I think they exist. I think I saw one other episode but it was so mediocre I don't remember anything.
