Suicide is not just selfish. It is a major act of cowardice people use to run away from problems and it's proof that certain people are far too weak-willed to deal and overcome the obstacles life has thrown at all of us. Let it be known not only are you not going to solve your problems by an-heroing yourself, you're going to affect your closest relatives for many years to come and cause a tidal wave of issues for them.

Suicide is a markedly selfish thing which is characterized by extending prolonged suffering to everyone except the person who dies. It is not an end. It's not a fix. It's a retaliation, and imbibing the notion that anyone besides Julie Terryberry could have prevented her death is impertinent and outright wrong. You are free to shift blame in whatever direction you please but she is the one who made and carried out her final decision.

Null's got the right idea. You're gonna end up dead no matter what you do, so if you're a worthless alcoholic piece of autistic garbage like Pine Tar you might as well save yourself a few dozen years of your miserable shitty life. There's nothing cowardly about it, if your life is shit then it's the smart move and anybody who says otherwise is regurgitating retarded slogans from governmental anti-suicide campaigns because they haven't really bothered to think about just how pointless some people are and how much they'd be better off dead. "It'll get better" lol, no it won't. Life gets worse as you get older, as your body deteriorates and your loved ones die and piece by piece you lose any joy or wonder and your dick stops getting hard and it starts to hurt when you shit. "Think of your family" they'll get over it, you were gonna die anyway. People always get over it. Sparing your loved ones from being temporarily sad for a while before they move on is not worth putting yourself through the pain and misery of continuing to live a life like Pine Tar's.

Nothing is.

Kill yourself Pine Tar you subhuman idiot.

I posted in that thread and it was pretty fucking obvious that idiot was bucking for an early death.

It was a hoot then, and it's a hoot now. Acting like Julie did is a great way to die early. And she got what she had coming.

I felt nothing. Other than "well, I saw this coming a mile away."

I guess my perspective on this was that she was 19, and I kept hoping that she'd catch a clue (which plenty of people provided in a non-trolling way here, even) and get her trainwreck of a life back on the rails, but with the only real support she had coming from a grandmother she didn't respect and refused to listen to, and her abusive and also mentally challenged boyfriend, it wasn't going to happen. But I hoped. And I also saw it coming a mile away.

I find that obituary (what the actual fuck) and her parents' and friends' reactions now far more disgusting than any Kiwi's remorse. I think @Vitriol had it right by saying "What a waste." That's my feeling as well.

I feel sorry for whoever has to clean that boiler room hovel. Also, that go fundme has a limit of 10,000. really? Isn't that a bit on the expensive side?

No, assuming they're taking on the costs of a casket, service, and burial, funerals are very expensive. Especially for a family like the Terryberry's who I assume won't be able to pay out of pocket.

Compared to most of the the gofundmes' of our lolcows I'd say that's a modest limit.

Since Julie's thread is locked, we need a replacement.
I think @juntaro would make a good choice. He harassed a mentally ill teenager until she committed suicide. I bet there's some interesting milk there.
Please don't harass @juntaro, he's a hero for helping rid the world of one more fat person.
