If it starts affecting her streams/activities they might, but if she keeps a decent schedule and keeps making money they will probably just follow in covers footsteps and ignore it, though some sort of new rules/policies will probably be put in place.
Realistically They aren't going to drop their top earner* over her past unless really bad shit comes out, her having weird fetishes and maybe being a slut isn't termination worthy stuff I would think, but if she responds to this drama poorly like Rushia this could go very badly very quick.

*i don't know if yuko is their top earner, so don't take that to heart.

They'll probably just tell her not to acknowledge it in any capacity and it'll pass sooner or later. There's probably only like five or so people who're -actually- upset about the anime ghost girl being a degenerate, with /vt/ there's usually a very skewed 'people giving a shit' to 'people pretending to give a shit to create drama' ratio, so I doubt it'll affect her viewership much.
