It’s so relentlessly annoying that everything gets compared to trump still. Carl Benjamin actually said the words “I wouldn’t even rape you.” Someone as terminally online and supposedly invested in politics as fatty should know that’s a much better example but TDS is too powerful. His lack of underware explains why the Brewer's Blowout was so severe. There was nothing between the shit and the shorts, no containment at all. It was the outside world, short, shit, then Patrick's shitty fat ass. No wonder things went from bad to dysentery so quickly.

I'd just love to know how that conversation went. "No, Amazon child, I have been pretending to write a book with that title and rough premise for years now. You have been instructed many times to delist theirs."

It's also feasible he got someone from the SFWA to chip in with it. Probably trivial to get one of those types on board with it, they're probably just glad he's no asking for more lawyer money. Far as I'm aware a DMCA counter would require you to completely dox yourself and/or you legal representative so it's not exactly an attractive option unless all you shit's already out there or you have money to burn on a lawyer. There probably also wasn't a lot to gain in terms of income and the point had been made.
