I didn't watch the video but what this thread has made came across as his position on this is kinda strange considering during keemstars stream where harley, froggy, and Sam called in he was there and seemed to have the opinion everyone else does that it's retarded. I don't know anything about the dude the only video of his I've seen was him making fun of a shitty marvel comic a few years ago but it seems like he made a video w a bad fence sitting take but when he was in a room with everyone else he was fine with saying it was Bullshit and should be reversed

Like I said in a previous comment, Muta always used to say that he wanted his fans to call him out if he ever started to sell out or do stupid shit. I wonder if he stills holds to those beliefs and addresses the pushback? Maybe super optimistic but I really did use to like this guy and I hate seeing yet another YouTuber that I was a big fan of for 7+ years get swallowed by the borg.

I don’t doubt he said that, I can even buy that he was sincere and he meant it, if you want. But here’s the problem… once you get that big of an e-celeb your loudest fanboys create echo chambers and push away any criticism.

Why do you think Ian or H3H3 have endured so long despite being a shell of their former selves? Trust me people, like us, do call them out. It’s just that there’s a point were fans become enablers. That‘s why they end up hating us. Because we don’t sugarcoat the truth.

They are the kind of people that validate Anisa‘s shallow attempts of getting attention, and validation, by calling her ”a strong woman” and praise Ian for being a spineless cuck, and the betrayal of his old fans and ideals as ”maturity“.

I personally wouldn’t hold my breath with him. Fence sitting commentary youTubers don’t just happen by accident. Fence sitting is a byproduct of wanting to squeeze the algorithm for views and money. They piggyback the current thing, without daring to risk angering potential ad watchers, I mean “fans”.

It’s a cold cynical way of getting money plain and simple . Mutahar might change if enough people call him out, as all fence sitters do, but don’t forget that he knows exactly what what he is doing.

I called it, they haven't said a word since the ban and that will likely continue until they find a chump to replace froggy or the event just disintegrates. Their PR guy (after telling them how stupid they are) probably told them to shut the fuck up after Anisa's decision and pretend Froggy never existed.

He's really the best example of why people make fun of "centrists".
