I know in rl phil wouldn't even entertain the notion but lets just say he at least makes it through the front door. How do you think it would go? I wonder if this game have adaptive difficulty, even on hard?

I honestly believe a Metokur interview would have gone much worse than Sidescrollers did. Jim probably would have said something snarky about Phil or his horse wife and Phil would have bailed within 30 minutes.

Craig and Adam were unfortunately the perfect combination of curious enough to look into things, ignorant enough about DSP so they couldn't hard nail him on things like where the business expenses concept popped up, and friendly enough of a party to DSP that he'd stick around till it was over. For all parties involved, it was the best possible outcome. Someone like Metokur or even RTU gets ahold of DSP and DSP is gonna be on his smug shit or bail. Anyone more friendly and we'd have gotten another Quartering masturbation session.

I think the absolute perfect scenario is a huge bigshot like Pewdiepie, someone of that ilk. He could pretend to do an interview with Phil like they started being 'content creators' around the same time, and then just lays into Phil because he's the big shot with money and fuck Phil.

But, there's no reason for anyone successful online to drag themselves in the autism vortex, unless it's a professional shit stirrer like Keem.

Hence, Craig was the perfect scenario we didn't see coming. He had the credibility to Phil of being the old content creation guard and Phil assumed he'd be his buddy, but Craig had the ultimate goal of building up his new podcast channel.

RE engine games have something called difficultly adjustment, hardcore basically narrows the gap so you're almost always on max difficultly constantly, but with how bad Dave was doing he probably got a gimme out of the game.

But he wants to RESPACTED! It’s not enough that you watch him and pay him money. Nah, no haters allowed. Phil only wants pahsitivity and asskissing.

I think that he far more aware of this than he lets on, he just can't accept it. He's still, after nearly a decade of failures, for his YT glory days when he could get what he wanted for free (such as press passes for conventions) while not concerning himself with needing to control what he says. His desire for "respect" is him not wanting to settle for less than what he once had. It's why the mere existence of trolls continues to get under his skin despite how many times he says to the contrary, they remind him the reality that he's so desperate to escape.

I doubt he'd stay around for any meaningful length of time, especially not long enough to answer any "tough" questions. The main reason the SS interview lasted as long as it did was because Phil dangled the hope of convincing Craig (and just Craig once it became obvious that Adam didn't give any fucks about his narrative) in front of himself, hoping that Craig was going to be as soft to him like many detractors had thought. His entire hope was that Craig would've bought the idea of how deranged the detractors are and disregard everything based on that. The unintended "good cop, bad cop" routine that came from SS was the best way to keep him on the hook, something that no detractors could reasonably do.

Today someone superchatted $2 or something and said "will you rub one out on stream again?". He very obviously saw it but ignored it because he was in the middle of a fight, before 15 mins later finally acknowledging it without reading what it said, and I think he might have banned him too. Someone else superchatted just to say that he sucked at the game or something along those lines, which again got ignored. I think he knows that a lot of people just watch to see him rage, but he's not ready (and probably never will be) to accept the potentially lucrative troll market.

That being said, a true detractor knows to never give him a dime

Why the fuck does Phil keep saying that Metroid Prime was "shadow dropped" ? He's making it seem like Nintendo never announced this game, and just put it up for download completely out of nowhere.

Game companies are supposed to check with Phil, The Center of the Gaming Universe, before releasing a game so that he can properly place it in his autistic schedule. He needs proper lead time to wave an upcoming release in front of the dents to see if any of their pee pees get hard.
