What? Nigger go back and look at all of the school, church, and wal mart shootings done by right wing schizos. The death toll from those types are multiples larger. The vast majority of deadly violence related to political extremism is from far right schizos. I'm saying this as someone that openly identifies as far right.

My point is that I believe people are more likely to hold extreme political beliefs and do batshit insane stuff, like shoot up public places, than previously because there is a large segment of society that feels hopeless and disenfranchised, and they have no faith in public or private sector leadership to do anything about it.

At the same time, the left leaning violent who do it for explicitly political reasons get lighter sentences. While they don't tend to get into mass shooting they participate in riots with violent, destructive outcomes and get away with making bombs.
