Yet another asswipe with delusions of erudition who wishes that everyone start playing nothing but boring sterile walking simulators that lack anything that may incite any other feeling than boredom. And it's not just random dorks posting online, it's people in the Industry with these attitudes, and you'd wish they'd keep it to boring American games instead of trying to push the needle in Japanese games, even from afar.

Now that death was satisfyingly savage. Also the Del Lago drowning scene with the rope around Leon's feet seems to be removed. And the death scene after you fail to dodge the knife throw by verdugo II.

A friend of mine pirated 3make and I still want my money back.

Everybody shits on RE6, and while I agree it isn't a good RE game, it is a fun game. The older I get, the more I appreciate it.

I have been emjoying the game so far, but serioulsy, fuck whoever decided the Ashley bits were fun. NPC escort missions where the NPC is a fucking retard are never fun. Just make her an invincible asset that follows you places.

She's set to "keep distance" by default. Tap left or right on the D pad to switch her to "keep close" she mostly stays behind Leon and it lessens the chance she'll be grabbed.

I meant to try that but never did since I figured it was gone. I think to this day it's the most horrific death animation in the series.

As much shit as people give RE6, and it's justified in a lot of cases, the core problem people had with it is infinitely more of an issue in 3make. The fake gameplay segments are the worst. "PRESS UP TO WIN"

The hospital siege with disappearing zombie bodies that detonate is PS2 shit.

One restart because of this cunt getting hit by a catapult is too many restarts. There's no fun in her
 
The fact 3 remake never got its Mercenaries Operation Mad Jackal is insane when it basically started that mode. Original 3 was already kinda mid to begin with especially just the remake made everyone realize it kinda sucks. I also feel like Capcom doesnt like 3 itself either as Carlos never comes back even though he survives.

I expect 5 and 6 to get shat out at this rate. I played Hunks mission from remake 2 recently and that entire segment is basically most of all RE2 with no lab or minor outside sections. The games are heavily linear it explains why we basically went through most of the mainline franchise at this rate.
 
Because I am a sad normie who only plays games for the power fantasy, I put this game on easy. Don't. The zombies are so unoffensive. They run up to you then stop for some reason. Even I had to crank up the difficulty. Been loving the game so far tho. In my teens, I used to be the sad complainer who hated four for removing Tank Controls (my favourite Resident Evil is still Code Veronica), but as I matured, I realised four for the great game it is. I'm glad this lives up to the hype.

I'm playing on Hardcore, which is basically OG RE4 mode; everything else is easier than the original. Don't worry, you will never run out of ammo, but headshots are more important.
