Hey dipshit, in a libel lawsuit you have to prove that the defendant is falsely portraying you. If I say you are a piece of shit gamer at retro games and you go, "Nuh-uh I beat Castlevania.", I can just pull out an original Castlevania on the SNES and let you play before the court.

It's actually even tougher of a standard than that. You have to prove the defendant is knowingly falsely portraying you. So DSP would not only have to prove its false but prove they knew it was false. It's why most cases of libel or slander never go anywhere. It's almost an impossible standard.

Again not a lawyer pretend dog, but doesn't he also have to prove damages? Or is that not a factor?

And as an aside he would also open himself up to all sorts of thing in his life he would rather keep private in any such case as part of either his or the opponents case, right?

Yep. It's also a lot harder to prove damages if you have a preexisting bad reputation. And God forbid Phil has to go through the discovery process. Especially since this is dealing with finances. Imagine Phil having to hand over this kind of info to someone he's suing LOL.

Or heaven forbid if the judge goes "So Mr. Burnell you accuse this guy over there with libel but he has presented multiple vidoes where you call him and I quote "mentally ill, the whitecoats should get him, ne'er do wells, kids, deranged, they shouldm suck a turd" etc?
This sounds as if you are also falsely protraying people who make simple videos about you with? What do you say to that Mr Burnell?

He's not fully wrong about Sunny, tho. That guy doesn't do much research and if you know a topic he's made a video of you'll be upset at how many things he eithers gets wrong or just skips. I remember his Machinima downfall video stating that they started with gameplays and not... you know... machinima...

However, we know Phil doesn't like him because he made a video on him. The day Joon makes a Phil documentary will be glorious.

That's pretty much the main reason why he continues to suck Joon's dick and react to his stuff. As soon as he makes a video on him in a negative light that rips into him, all of sudden he's someone who's just listened to all the nonsense and white noise on the internet, no better than the detractors that make stuff up and take things outta context to spin stuff he says to push a narrative for his video(s).

I would love Phil to pull his tough guy shit in a court and get held in contempt by a judge who wouldn't take his shit. Unfortunately for all of us, Phil would yes sir the judge even if he was handed the death penalty, then bitch to his cell mate as he got intimate after the sentencing.

And like all those who use their religious upbringing as a shield against further criticism, DSP only uses it when it's convenient. Been noticing Phil playing this card lately and it annoys the fuck out of me.

The man's been the living embodiment of pride for 15 years, begs to sate his greed, is envious against anyone who's doing better then him then gets pissed when they call him out, jerked off on a livestream, eats to excess, and is too lazy to do anything to improve his khantent and his sham of a business. Motherfucker hit every deadly sin in over 15 years of making khantent.

Dude's a walking talking ball of sin, but then throws the religion card anytime someone challenges his total lack of morals and hateful actions. But as long as he gets to play DarksydePastor every once in a while, he can go to sleep at night and not feel like a piece of shit. Its literally impossible for DSP to admit he's an asshole because he is one. He wants to be an asshole and getaway with it by dangling his "religious upbringing" over people's heads. What a cocksucker.

His hair is thinning pretty good. His hairline isn't too bad but it won't matter because everywhere else is going. He also most likely dyes his hair which probably doesn't help. In fact, I know he dyes his hair because I have seen patches of gray on his face before. He probably like the dolt he is, equates turning gray to getting old and instead of just riding it out and accepting it, he needs to fool himself to make himself appear younger to his dumbass viewers.

He should also be happy that he doesn't hit his stupid hat "goal" as much anymore because wearing hats will only speed up the thinning process.
