Probably the latter. The second girl's hair color is slightly darker and she has more of a chin. I can see why you might get confused, though.

They're not the same.
Left girl's outer eyes are higher up that the right, left girl has inner eye divots that cast shadow along the bridge of her nose. The girl on the right's nose has more defined creases with a simple smile as well as dimples on her cheeks. while the other girl has a less defined nose and no dimples despite having a wide-pulled smile. Girl on the left also has much thicker eyebrows and a nose bridge that gets wider as it reaches the nostrils. The girl on the right also has a more slender chin.

It took me a bit to really just take that in, really. I'm genuinely surprised the officers didn't let that sight deter them from getting the job done. Much props to Michael Collazo for essentially neutralizing this piece of shit.

I'm guessing they've had a good amount of active shooter/school training which emphasizes that the first guys in need to ignore everything but finding the shooter(s).
