Once again this has nothing to do with Audrey Hale purchasing seven firearms legally under the lax gun laws of Tennessee and shooting up an elementary school.
But black people who do mass shootings, mostly against other black people, often associated with gang activity, is not going to attract as much attention as the (mostly) white men who publish lengthy retarded manifestos and purposely seek out targets (like elementary schools) that will cause the most public outrage. These are two separate issues.
On what grounds would you have prevented those sales?
She passed a federal NICS background check for each firearm, meaning she had never been convicted of a felony, violent misdeamanor, or domestic violence charge.
She was never adjudicated mentally defective, meaning she's never been sent to the nut house.
She could have lied on literally everything else on her paperwork and there would be no way to prove it without a criminal investigation, and it's already a felony to lie on your firearms paperwork (unless you're Hunter Biden, then the secret service will cover it up with the help of the ATF).
If you want background checks to be more expansive, you'd have to overturn the 4th amendment, HIPA, and any other legislation that keeps your medical information private. I doubt you want the world knowing that you pissed the bed until your late 20's and fantasize about having sex with the extremely elderly.
The only way you can make those sales illegal is to make the firearms themselves illegal, which brings us back to the nigger argument. The vast majority of mass shootings are done with firearms that were acquired outside of the legal process and laws don't apply to the black market. If it mattered, violence would have been solved when all 50 states adopted strict murder laws.
Do you think that overturning the 2nd amendment would magically make 100,000,000 firearms disappear overnight? Do you think the bottom feeding cops won't sell confiscated guns back to the criminal market like they're already doing? Do you think more than 10% of law abiding gun owners would comply? If you have some kind of magic wand that will solve the human condition, please stop withholding it from us.
