I also should've noted that Max said the only way he will talk to other streamers again is if they apologise to him and admit they were complicit in his abuse. If he streams with anyone again they should be asked if that's what happened.

He's admitted that his income has been cut in half, so blacklisting anyone willing to talk to him sounds like a great idea. I'm sure all the academics and board members at youtube are just taking their time reading every word of his manifesto before they reach out for a chat.

The summary is that it's a shitty retelling of things Destiny has done in the past that are all completely public. There's nothing new but now it's being told by a narcissistic pedophile. But even that is an exaggeration since like 80+% of it is transcribed stream clips and discord logs so he's not really saying much. It's pretty fucking pathetic, which should be super satisfying but it's actually just kind of boring.

Even as someone who's been fiending this drama since Max declared war on Destiny's subreddit I found it so fucking boring. Chud is a champ for reading through all of it but I honestly don't think I could recommend listening to it even to the most autistic drama addicts.

First half is mostly the interviewer playing along with "Destiny bad man" and not knowing the lore enough to call out Max reframing/excluding context from everything. Someone in Chud's chat mentioned that Lav was "off the table" for this interview - it would be good if someone could source/confirm this. It makes sense because she wasn't brought up at all, despite being the star witness in the article and over 50% of its content. Chud also mentioned that Max privately messaged him months ago to try and manipulate him into being nice to Lav, implying that she is suicidal and might kill herself over this.

When there's finally a bit of back and forth max obviously loses it. He threatens to leave at one point but the host calls his bluff. Personal highlight: Max gets asked about posting pictures of his ex wife (Hannah Caruso) naked and whether it is revenge porn. Max tries to dodge the question over and over again and gives some vague response about dating "artists". This topic keeps getting brought up on his subreddit too and the mods keep deleting it, which sounds like an abuse of power to me. Maybe he doesn't want people digging into his past and messaging his previous partners?

In one of his Shame Lane blogs, he mentions Hannah's mom said he is abusive and tried (successfully?) to get her to break up with him:

The Crucible mentions a list that Max sent him so I'm assuming he is trying to set the discussion topics before he agrees to talk to anyone, which presumably includes not talking about Lav. She hasn't came up in any of the other things I've watched which is insane since she is most of the manifesto. It is crazy that people are letting him set the topics before he talks to anyone.

Shaelin did her "interview" which was sitting in silence while her abuser ranted like an insane person. At one point he calls her out/abuses her for being a shit interviewer.

He messaged people who had their r/destiny posts deleted in his quest to find abuse

He left out a "poignant and disturbing" story from the manifesto. The offense was Destiny banning someone in chat after he lost a game of chess. He also ties it back to his daddy issues.

This is one of the best examples of why he didn't include clips in the manifesto

He had another car crash of an interview with Kidology. She's spoken to Destiny once months ago and nothing really came of it because it was so boring, but Max still thinks she's shitting on his article purely because she's a DGG psyop. This is the funniest stream yet, it also took them an hour to start the call because the girl is too retarded to use discord. She kept leaking the invite URL so obviously people joined.

Max messaged her in NOVEMBER "warning her" not to talk to Destiny

This thread sums up his gameplan:

1. Get mainstream journalists to pick up the Destiny story. That's why the "report" is just a series of transcipts. It's meant to be the research for shorter articles produced by professional journalists.
2. Start a moral panic. Parents will read the articles by journalists and worry that their kids are being turned into misogynists(?) or abusers(?). The parents then complain to youtube/twitch/rumble/etc.
3. In response to the moral panic, the platforms will institute new rules to outlaw what Destiny is doing.
4. Destiny is such a sociopath sadistic abuser he won't be able to change and he will get banned forever.

He unironically thinks that journalists are just waiting to get to his article before they write a massive expose on Destiny. He is going to wait six months and if/when that doesn't happen he will write another article.

He thinks Destiny is intentionally stopping his channel growth to avoid journalists, higher ups at youtube (???) and congresspeople (????????) seeing his content and discovering his abuse. He doesn't realise the term stream killer is used to describe shit games that kill his viewer numbers and isn't a 5D chess move to keep his abuse hidden.

He's been stalking President Sunday on twitter and messaging him saying "this isn't the plan". He really thought President Sunday would be on his side when he posted this.

Destiny was asked if he was going to do a counter manifesto and he gave some vague answer about something being in the works. He said that it will come up when anyone searches for Max on the internet. I listened to Chud Logic read the manifesto. To sum it up, basically, it seems Destiny acts 1 way toward them off-stream (messaging Lav for hookups, using MrGirl as his relationship therapist, etc) and then acts blasé and then sometimes dogs them out on stream. Same thing w/Ana, dogging her out hard on public stream, then privately sexting with her. He let his friend Dan come on stream time and time again and talk shit to her, call her crazy, psycho, a stalker, all this and didn’t stand up for her, he just let Dan and the rest of his audience think that without correcting the record. Even Dan says, if he’d known then what he knows now, he wouldn’t have done that to her.

Tbh, I do think this is a major character flaw in Destiny, but I wouldn’t call what he does sexual misconduct. But it is cowardly. But they all could have just said fuck it, we’re done w/this shit, or decided to suck it up for the sake of growing their streams. You can’t always have it both ways.

And if Ana had any self-respect at all, she’d never sext with Destiny after everything. I know she claimed she only did it because she felt she had to to placate him to keep him from putting her on blast on stream, but I don’t believe that. I fully believe she continued to do so because sadly, she wanted to. But for Destiny to dog her out like he did and let Dan and his audience think she’s just some psycho stalker, then turn around and privately use her for sexual gratification/validation, idk, I find that quite gross and pitiful.

Dan also said he thinks Destiny chose to believe he knew, but that’s bullshit. Destiny knew Dan didn’t know and didn’t plan on telling him because he was embarrassed, he knows it’s pitiful.

All of that being said, this is not sexual misconduct and it definitely wasn’t the bombshell manifesto MeGirl wanted or expected it to be.

Just a sidenote, but MrGirl has, by far, the creepiest personality of any streamer I’ve ever watched. The way he’ll just sit in silence for 30 seconds, staring, before finally responding to what somebody said…it’s so weird. And to top it off, when the other person is talking, he can’t help but interrupt every 5 seconds, but when it’s his turn to talk, 30 seconds of silence. He has it all backwards. It gets on my nerves, it’s insufferable. I fully agree with Dan’s take that MrGirl sitting there in silence is not “deep” or “interesting” or whatever people say, it’s just creepy and weird and like, hello, WAKE UP, you’re on stream, speed it up, think faster or think out loud! What are you staring at? Lol.

The whole manifesto, in a nutshell is that MrGirl started streaming w/Destiny and at first, it was great, his channel was growing, he was making money, he and Destiny became fast and close friends, but as time went on and his channel growth slowed and Destiny’s audience turned on him and he got to know more about Destiny, he didn’t like what he saw and he didn’t like that Destiny banned him from his Reddit (though Destiny did offer to unban him). But instead of just disengaging, like a normal person, he went on Destiny’s stream to complain a million times and have all these long, dramatic conversations about how badly Destiny treats his orbiters, then, when that didn’t work and the 2 fell out, MrGirl decided to write a this absurd manifesto and now here we are.

If MrGirl was this pressed, he should have just written a normal manifesto about what an asshole he thinks Destiny is and all the reasons why, instead of trying to go the #metoo angle. There’s no smoking gun, here, it sounds like all the sexual stuff between all parties was 100% consensual.
