I figure it's happenstance, Brianna Wu is another example in this section with that name first, but I think the person's "famous" name going first is probably good practice for visibility purposes. There's a few cases where I think an username might should be the first thing for a thread but being in second place after their name isn't bad enough to complain about.
Personally, I am lazy and always opt for whatever is easiest to remember/say when it comes to calling troons by their names. Kevin is much easier to type and remember than "Kathryn" or whatever the fuck his troon name is. On the flip side, I call Jazz Jenning's 'Jazz' because it's easier than remembering Jaron.
