I pointed out that Tony is incredibly unique on trans Twitter for claiming his dysphoria to be completely cured by getting a stinkditch installed. Far more common on Twitter, and in all the literature Tony ignores, is that nothing practiced in affirming care resolves the dysphoria.

I'm not conviced Tony ever had dysporia. Symptoms he describes are consistent with brain injury from long term or high dose designer rave drugs. (anxiety, panic, depression, etc). Tony just found a lucrative way to parlay his brain injury into a grift that unfortunately involved stealing his wife's clothes.
