Chemfag here, you can't send those chemicals to someone's house. Carbon tetrachloride is hard to find and if you find it, it's extremely expensive and extremely regulated. I'm not sure about acetonitrile, it's a common solvent and pretty expensive. (unless you are in China, it wouldn't be easy get both and send to someone's house)
