I think it looks much worse after the "facial feminisation surgery". I believe there are limits to what plastic surgeons can do, particularly around the chin, as you risk severe nerve damage and loss of function (medfags please correct me if I haven't got this right).

Yeah, it would fit if Kuperstock was limited by how much bone he could remove without maiming Tony. His features look way more proportionate before the surgery. You see it with some trans women like Contrapoints; getting one area shaved down makes the rest of their face look bigger than it did before. The larger browbone and nose both make Tony look more human.
