Sam said he opted out of payment for the fight, in exchange for getting a percentage of the streaming revenue, and there's a Happy Punch post on IG saying he's a partial owner of the company. Sam later said that it ended up being a bad deal and he only ended up making like 5k from the match instead of ten times that because his fans aren't the type of people to pay for a boxing match (guilty). He also recently said that KSI called Sam before the match telling him to tone down some of his comments or he'd be kicked off the card. Sam obviously listened to KSI and stopped doing whatever it was that made him mad. He didn't seem very restrained in his pre and post match interviews so it's hard to say where the line was.

Even if he didn't make as much money as he could have for the fight it doesn't matter because the exposure lead to a huge surge in popularity and his youtube channel is now the second most profitable on the entire platform. So yeah, clearly he's a bad businessman.

Off topic, but I wonder if Tyler, The Creator and Sam Hyde have ever crossed paths at some point. They both used to have shows on [adult swim] at one point, even if Tyler’s own show lasted slightly longer than MDE’s.
 
I can't hate Nathan Barnatt (Dad) because he beat the everloving shit out of insufferable smug leftie Matt Watson. Matt is part of a two man let's play/sketch comedy channel called Supermega which used to be a decent channel but around 2018 they got infected with the LA brain virus and now they are annoying peachy leftists.

It's the main reason why I don't care about it. Trash talk, drama and beefs are good for promotion and help build up hype for a fight. Not just boxing but Wrestling and MMA as well. Having a boxing tournament with a bunch of literally who's, where beefs and trash talk aren't allowed and it's a wholesome chungus environment where everybody loves and respects each other is just boring.

Trash talk is everything and the whole Creator Clash thing started with either Icuckz wanting to show he was a man after boxing with Sam or as Icuckz claims it was because he challenged Rice Gum because of their beef and it grew out of that.

People love drama, specifically when it doesn't involve them directly. I literally don't care who Dad/Nate is, the guy is some rando, but Sam Hyde calling him out makes me interested. I don't even care if it's fake drama, if it's fun, it's fun.

Keemstar is a fag, but his boxing shit sounds far more interesting, even if Boogie and Wings just flail around like retards and nothing happens, I still want to see the two retards slap fight.
