I moved out of the city last year so I'm okay... I was just far enough south it passed me over. It's pretty bad though. The three cities that got hit worst are ones I drive around in all day, and it's going to be sad to see the destruction of places and things I've known my whole life. Rose City is a ghetto shit hole. You could hit it with a tornado and not be able to tell the difference from how it usually looks. There's literally no reason to go there unless you're looking for drugs or cheap car parts. I believe Sammie was born there, but her family quickly moved to East End. East End is mostly white, quiet and rural. Sammie started latching onto the Rose City thing because she thinks it makes her seem more ethnic.

I fully believe the dumbass never got her cat spayed and allowed the poor thing to have kittens. In a few months she will be pregnant again.
Coco is probably not much more than six months old herself - we know that Sammie likes to get kittens but we never see any adult cats around.
People like this make my blood boil. They'll never see the backbreaking work done by those in shelters and those who foster. They'll never realise how irresponsible they are being by not spaying/neutering their pets, they'll just add to the problem again and again. Urgh.
