Alex Jones was given a fine that probably violates his Constitutional Rights with intents to take away his Right to Speak because some guy harassed the Sandy Hook parents. In the Texas and Connecticut cases the judge made a default judgement and took away his abilty to defend himself.

It be like that sadly. Every western country has been occupied by the enemy for a long time. Most people don't realize this because there isn't a moment that you can point to as to when the change happened as there would be in a military occupation. The minions of the regime can do as they please and not be punished, anyone who is seen as an enemy of the regime is silenced by any means necessary.

If they start bringing in jail time for accessing banned sites and they add the Kiwifarms to that list then what do you do? Most people would not take the risk of being caught. They're still federal misdemeanors. Anything you get charged with in D.C. is also a federal crime, because it is a federal district and not a state. The relevant text is Article 2 § 2, giving him the "Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment", so the only thing he cant do is un-impeach somebody.
