Claiming that Caster has fathered children is a cringy conspiracy theory. There's no evidence for it and plenty of interviews with family members and other people say that Caster has what appears to be female genitalia.
People who believe "Caster fathered children" are usually GC types who have taken the troon intersex arguments too seriously, and now they're willing to believe any wild claims about intersex people if it furthers the anti-trans argument.
Again, the GC's are mostly right about most issues, but in my time arguing with troons, I've definitely seen a pattern where some GCs have sperged out about hardcore about this issue. See:

At puberty, though, that ambiguousness ends, and they do indeed get male genitalia. Those with 5-ARD may retain some pieces of the SRD5A2 gene, and undergo normal secondary sex development.
Sorta. The penis is formed (or not formed) in utero. After birth, no amount of testosterone can cause someone to spontaneously form a penis. All it can do is masculinize what is already there.
So some individuals with 5ARD were exposed to enough DHT in utero to develop a penis or a micropenis, while some weren't and instead were born with ambiguous genitalia.
This is why transmen who go wild with the testosterone just get roided out clits, not penises.
This is also why if you ever encounter a tranny pretending to be intersex, if they claim they have ovaries but also have a penis, they're lying. DHT is produced in the testicles, and without testicles and DHT, they can't form a penis.
Intersex males have done far more damage to women's sports than troons ever have, beginning in the 80's when one of them fought to be considered a woman despite having a Y chromosome. Now they can no longer use the presence of a Y chromosome to exclude males from women's sports.
What about XY females?
Ultimately though, I'm not saying Caster should be permitted to race with the women. I'm just saying it's a separate issue from troon sports, and generally (or at least with Caster's case), the individual in question isn't the one being the asshole.
Troons absolutely know for a fact they're fucking over women's sports. There's a difference in intent between someone like Rhys or Lia Thompson and someone like Caster. Most of the time, I don't think people like Caster are doing it deliberately. Of course, they still shouldn't be permitted to compete.
It is not a conspiracy that Caster Semenya fathered children, it's a legitimate possibility. He has internal testes and some of these men can father children via artificial insemination if their sperm is extracted.
No, internal testes cannot produce sperm cells. Spermatogenesis shuts down above a certain temperature, and this temperature is definitely below typical body temperature. Testicles hang in the scrotum not just because they work "better" that way, but actually because they simply cannot produce sperm cells at all if the temperature is too high.
I have a feeling that the coaches realized that not only do white people have difficulty telling the difference between men and women of African descent, they immediately say that anyone who suspects that a black woman is a man is racist. So they probably took advantage of that.
