The Manhattan DA might be more retarded than I thought. All they had to do was leave Trump alone and he would have most likely faded away, but no, they just had to after him once more. Have they learned nothing? If they win, its gonna get appealed & thrown out because the case is so retarded; they just handed a victory to Trump and proved his point. If they lose, its still a victory for him. Plus, Trump is back in the headlines becoming the story and we all know how they throws the media around like a rag-doll. This is a no-win scenario with no good outcome for them. Also, the Trump Curse.

He's the political tar baby, the more you fight him the more you get stuck to him and the more he makes you look like a complete dumbass. All you have to do is keep your political power leveling intact and you can walk away. Not every battle has to be fought like it's fucking Stalingrad. Guys like this DA simply cannot help themselves; they have to go after Trump at every opportunity even if they just make shit up to get him in a court room.

He didn't "use campaign funds". He didn't pay Cohen for it explicitly in the first place. They are saying that legal bills He paid to Cohen were used to pay the hush money even though it wasn't recorded that way on the billing.

They are claiming it was supposed to be reported as campaign finance violations because they are saying the reason for the payoff was only because of his political race, not to hide it from his wife.
