I noticed his face when I was watching him in that Ted Bundy movie. He "says" that he slipped while running through the house wearing socks and hit his face on the granite corner of a fountain and lose consciousness and when he woke up, his chin bone was hanging off his face. (Source article, lots of other bs in it)

Then he says his facial muscles (masseter muscles) just got REALLY BIG. Not sure if I fully believe that but...

i'm not sure this guy got surgery, but his face definitely changed drastically, it looks like it has gained mass
it reminds me of professional bodybuilders, they take massive amounts of drugs (including anabolic steroids, growth hormone, and insulin) to build muscle mass, and one side effect of that is that their faces get a swollen, bloated look

It really does. I’m in middle age now and it’s noticeable that that youth face thing starts to go - when I see these celebs do it it just look alike they’re ageing themselves. Such a weird thing to have done - the buccal fat pads are part of the structure of your face

Zac Efron obviously didn't changed just out of natural aging. I think the juices are a good starting explanation i think he may also have had some lip fillers and facial augmentation, but he is that type that should avoid that because his kind of features are fine and delicate.

What's ironic to me is that he really shouldn't have touched anyyything. Some people have flaws that surgery can correct, especially if you are in a shallow industry. Actors who have big nose and hairloss have nosejobs and hairplugs all the time, it makes them fit the beauty standart more, it is what it is. Him, He had a little bit of an Name Brand Alain Delon thing going on. Similar coloring, baby blues, thin lips, angular eyebrow.

Delon looked better in his prime but still, You are an actor, you look like this, and you fuck it up? It's like winning the lottery and burning the ticket. Should just have stayed thin and got better at acting to try and get the kind of parts Ryan Gosling gets.
