So, I was comparing their writing styles to see if there was any noticeable or major changes between the two. Actually? Not really, they almost type identically.
- Doesn't always use periods, but when they do use periods it's always being used in the context of a "declaration" to the public.
- So that's why it might feel like Mary's account is using wayyy more periods than Chase's account; as Chase's accounts typically had shit-posting or other brain numbing posts in-between of "declaration" posts.
- Uses the same emojis, typically under the same contexts.
- In this case, it's not unusual for them to both use the "
" emoji.
- Capitalization is moreso the same.
- Uses it in the start of new sentences or in new messages,
- Will lowercase the first letter of a new tweet if it's a continuation of the previous sentence in a previous tweet. So it's not an auto-correct thing,
- Neither of them will capitalize the "T" in Twitter,
- They both go back-and-forth on capitalizing the "K" in "Kiwifarm(s)" or "Kiwi(s)" - sometimes they do it, sometimes they don't,
- They both go back-and-forth on capitalizing the first letter in names - Even if the name is within the same tweet, etc.
- Chase will almost use "lol" at the end of a sentence, and it's rare that he uses it anywhere else. (Rare for it to be in the start of a sentence or in-between two sentences)
Noticeable differences would be that Chase spells dox as "doxx" and Mary spells it as "dox", and that Mary probably uses more commas than Chase does.
The thing is, Chase was never really "consistent" with his typing anyways. Would go back-and-forth in spelling, grammar and capitalization. I have to unironically assume that Chase might have a lower-end reading or spelling comprehension, and therefore depends a lot on what the auto-correct will fix - The only real consistency that remained is stuff I have to assume auto-correct wouldn't pick up on (Such as "doxx" vs "dox") He went back-and-forth on British vs American spelling of certain words, only a few times but was still note-worthy, such as "apologize" and "apologise".
Even Mary's typing isn't consistent - Will go back-and-forth between "Trans-women" and "Trans women" (the hyphen), and will change a lot in what is capitalized and what isn't by a tweet-by-tweet basis.
Not that any of this is important. I'm just explaining why it might make it "feel" like Chase, but at the same time
doesn't feel like Chase.
On another note: Chase didn't always crop his screenshots - And when he did, it wasn't much, still mainly showing the whole page of the page he was viewing. Where Mary's screenshots are all cropped, and only displays the relevant information. While a concept, it's also not consistent.
Here Mary displays a screenshot that shows the URL of the website on the bottom of the page (Closer to what Chase would've taken),
where the next screenshot doesn't (Not a common screenshot practice Chase had).
Here are more screenshots Mary took that align with Chase's screenshotting habits.
With that being said, this is obviously all just speculation, and is probably trash information. Doesn't disprove or prove anything either way. Just wanted to share.
