He'd assumed that if the pain ever began to bite, he could just do an online begging campaign, but stupid though his locals simps might be, the rest of the world isn't that dumb. The general consensus is 'this is a rich trust fund kid who bragged about earning a million bucks last year and blew over $200k on two new cars? And this asshole wants ME to send him money?'
Nick's fundraising never made much sense on the face of it. Nick made a Give Send Go even though he "hates asking for help" and he was "trying to not do [the GSG]". Sounded like Nick was in a real bind, though he denies this later in the stream.

In explaining how donator's won't get money back from Monty if Nick wins, Nick seems to imply that the fans who are helping pay for his legal expenses are thereby functionally footing the bill for Montegraph, who can't pay Nick's sizable legal costs (courtesy of Randazza). Sort of a "I know Monty can't pay, so I want your money" kind of thing. Maybe Nick should have described that better so it wouldn't sound like his supporters are paying on behalf of an alleged pedophile (just because Nick decided to overpay for his legal representation).

Moving on, Nick tries to console them by saying any money he gets would go back into the show although there's no accountability for how it will be used and what qualifies as "the show".

Losing face might be worth it if Nick really needed the money, but he says he doesn't, so all he's done is lose face to the tune of a fraction of what he was asking to solve the alleged non-issue of money.

I would say this was either very poorly thought out or he wasn't being honest if I wasn't so sure it was both.

balding, drunk, abusive, deceitful

Imagine getting home from baseball practice and cracking the fridge open only to see that your drunk, degenerate father drank all your mini gatorades because he pounded a bottle of whiskey the night before while talking about cramming his balls into mom's rear end.
Only a few more years for his oldest and then he can go to college and only talk to mom and dad twice a year biannual like the vacations they took him on

That's because you have I.Q. greater than room temperature. Congratulations.

It's a grift.

It's a P.T. Barnum operation.

This whole GSG exists to exploit the "sucker born every minute."

Even if he needed help deferring the costs of his legal defense (doubtful), that's largely because he himself made the decision to buy a tactical nuke (Randazza) in order to swat a fly (Montagraph). All to make the biggest spectacle out of this possible.

Again, I'm by no means on Monty's side, but a lot of the ways Nick has gone about responding to this suit are completely ludicrous. My faith in humanity is slightly restored by the fact the GSG doesn't seem to be raking in all that much money.

Nick's current audience just is not as monetiseable as the old one. HE pushed LOCALS as the substitute for
YT superchats, YT memberships, and Rumble rants. 2/3 of those were uncapped in growth potential, but he pissed it away for 5 dollars a month.

Why send a superchat when you can get the same dopamine hit from the parasocial relationship with the grifter on LOCALS? Nick actively discouraged 2/3 of his sources of income, and when you are used to paying a fixed fee, why wouls you pay more for no tangible reward?

This is also a little bit of an own-goal on locals' part. It's pretty well-known that if you want to make a sale on the internet, you need to make it easy for the customer to buy. Locals does not do that. They hide the locals version of superchats behind a nondescript icon that you would never otherwise click. Youtube and rightoid-copycat Rumble both have very obvious buttons for superchats. Locals makes it hard to pay. The big superchatters who now reside in locals might have kept up the donations if it were easy.

I think Nick had a totally delusional view of how the lawsuit was going to go. Listening to him early in the whole process, I got the impression that Nick thought getting sued was going to get him all sorts of sympathy and all kinds of views. That it was going to be the source of really great content to stream about. I think he really believed that when he put out the call to the faithful for money, it would pour in at Vic levels or even higher.

I think at some level he knows its not going the way he wanted. But he refuses to admit it and just keeps pushing on even as things (like the fundraiser) go totally wrong. He just doubles down all over the place such as his calling Schneider all kinds of new names. Half the stuff he says these days about his case is just factually wrong.

Vic's GFM achieved the numbers it did because legions of anime fangirls wanted to help their husbando. Outside of that, other people were just sick and tired of "me too" and cancel culture in general. Nick was lead promoter of Vic's cause, but he wasn't the cause itself.

If at any point Nick thought that this GSG was going to achieve the same level of funding success, that may be an indication he's graduated from MDMA to crack cocaine. He simply does not have the same broad foundation to work from that he had when he was promoting Vic.

Back when we found out the OLPR was investigating him for the first time in November he ranted about how top lawyers would be lining up to represent him because they knew the GoFundMe would pop off. I think he really thought it would go to that level. The fact that it's totally stalled after raised about as much as T. Greg Doucette's GFM must be very painful for him. He was caught off guard by the response in the Twitter replies, I doubt he expected that his friends would have to disable them.

He also clearly wasn't expecting Monty to file an actual lawsuit written by an actual attorney. He literally told the guy to "sue me if you want", and I'm guessing that's because he expected Monty to write some pro-se garbage that would never make it to trial, but could be milked for easy content.

Whatever actually happened that day, I have to say that a fight over what Nick was wearing is exceptional gay. In the actual definition of the term. Fashion faux pases are something gay men and women would have a quarrel over. What is this bullshit? This whole situation is way more absurd than it really should be. A guy who literally fucks watermelons sues Nick, and Nick somehow manages to look stupid too. I can't even.
TBH I've followed the Monty stuff pretty closely and this is the first time I heard something about Schneider disapproving of Nick wearing shorts. Remember that this is most likely at best Nick repeating what Spectre said Schneider told him (unless Schneider made his disapproval known to Nick at some point in the past), and I don't recall Spectre saying anything about Schneider being pissed about what Nick was wearing.

The idea that the only thing Schneider was annoyed about Nick's attire sounds like Nick coping by making up a strawman. The impression I got from what Spectre said (see the screenshot posted a page or two back) was that Schneider was unhappy and uncomfortable with Nick showing up at opposing counsel's offices wanting to chat informally about the case, and that's why Schneider ignored his phone calls, emails, and showing up at opposing counsel's offices until he hired a lawyer.

It's a little puzzling why Nick chased Schneider around for weeks before filing a request for an extension at the very last minute, which he could have done from the start. My suspicion is that Nick wanted to have an informal conversation with Schneider where Nick said "Can I have an extension? Yes? Okay, BTW, have you Googled this guy?"

But maybe Schneider is right and he just really doesn't like writing filings.

About Rekieta wearing shorts and the rest of the nonsense lies he is telling, one of his open complaints is about his "attire" but I think he either hasn't read the complaint properly (or at all) or they've sent him back general questions about his "attire" from the avalanche of complaints they've received. Either way Rekieta is a liar, and a bad liar.
What? Which one is that?

Cream cheese with a bottle sticking out of it. Lest we forget. And I still don't know why manlet is giving the finger to the camera while wedged between the leather bag and bug-eyes the goblina.
Also, if watching and listening to a whiny dweeb eat trash is your thing, have I got good news for you!

May as well add this here too, Flashcast with Rekieta and Anna that wall-hitting girl

it was fucking dull. but compared to when Anna is on the EVS cringefest she was much more normal and relaxed and basically seethe free.

also, what would nick do with the Give Send Go grift that he lurched out of his followers... if he's going after fees now? Maybe invest in another vacation?
That was telling. He goes off telling everyone his vacation plans while asking for money for the lawsuit at the same time. Why even plan to go on vacation if there's something big going on in life. If the lawsuit isn't a big deal, why ask for money?
Shut up! He's not balding, his hair just doesn't want anything to do with what's happpening to his face.

Let's hope history doesn't repeat himself and his kid gets pulling into being a cheerleader by a girl.

Pull up Nick, dont go down.
I hope his kids sees this and calls him a weirdo for it.

Have you considered that Nick's brain is rotten from drugs and being an alcky?
Either that or he has lied so many times in his life he can't keep his stories straight anymore.
That it was going to be the source of really great content to stream about. I think he really believed that when he put out the call to the faithful for money, it would pour in at Vic levels or even higher.
Yeah, because let me buy that GT500 I'm to fucking stupid to even drive and then let me start e-begging for gibs shortly afterwards because "muh legel fee's" is always a great idea.
Vic Lasagna poured in the money because he was a real victim and some might even say, compared to Nick, a decent human being, he also never went on stream and did call the legal them of the plaintiff names.
Nick isn't, Nick is getting sued because he just doesn't know when to shut the fuck up.
Also the once faithful have left the building a long time ago, all he has now are opioid addicted whine moms, the once faithful (and there were plenty of them, back in the days) do not give a shit about Nick anymore and the whine moms can't foot the bill for his legal fee's because they are broke ass bitches.

Hey Balldo, do you want to know what's stuck in the mesh of that microphone?
It could be, but not limited to:
- dust particles
- microscopic dead insect carcuses
- grease and particulates from handling
- rust
- mould
- spores
- dried saliva and other fluids, of other people who's used it such as Drexel and Dax
- stuff from the ceiling
- spider silk
- dirt and grime transferred from underneath fingernails
- fibres from the sponge underneath

But by all means keep deep-throating it because obviously your microscope needs a good polishing.

Well, he might have a year or so ago, assuming the case wasn't something stupid. Part of his problem is the case is over what looks like an unforced error, regardless of how big a piece of shit Monty is, whereas fangirls aside, it was pretty easy to see the merit with Vic.

Vic legitimately got screwed over nothingburgers by sociopaths in fat clothing; Nick may or may not have called Monty a pedophile with tenuous basis to do so...so zzooop, there's some portion of people that just say "nah fam" right out the gate.

The other part is the audience likely to support him either got bored of the content or annoyed with his antics and drifted off. The grift is a numbers game at the end of the day and he's not been growing them exactly as the autism in this thread regularly notes in their research.

Ironically, he went to locals to be uncancel-able, not realizing that slow slide into irrelevancy borne of mis-reading his audience rather badly and declining content quality ultimately leads to the same destination, or worse, than a nuke-from-orbit cancellation, just slower, and with a lot less sympathy.

So nothing he hasn't willingly inserted into his ass on a regular basis then?
