That would seem to be the plan, it is the only logical way that this could be used to try and stop Trump from running/winning 2024.

But if there is anything that The Elites have shown themselves to NOT be is logical. I wouldn't put it past them to try and do something utterly retarded like actually arrest Trump and keep him locked up. Or worse, kill him.

I love how he has to qualify that safest is in terms of large city. Not the safest city, but among large cities, it is.

The only large city I've been to is LA, and how is it that there's a nice looking area but a hobo encampment nearby? Dunno what that place was called, but I saw it. Here in the third world we at least have the in/decency to keep the homeless away from the nice areas.

Skid row, which is right next to Little Tokyo and across the Freeway is Olvera Street and Chinatown.

There's so much diversity that everyone wants to leave it.

EDIT: Also a reminder that Little Tokyo was built into a fancy business district by people that came out of a concentration camp. Meanwhile South Central is the joke of LA.

Anything that doesn't "defortify" the 5 key states isn't helping him the election. Remember kids, the important thing is who is counting and the Kari Lake shitshow shows those are doing mighty fine for themselves.

They'll need a second pandemic if Biden is going to run. It will keep him out of the campaign trail, and there won't be cameras to capture him in a negative moment, like collapsing Hillary.
