See, but that would often just result in a (unjust) yellow card, even real men are suddenly 'able' to totally legit cry when something like that happens to try to get a free kick.
With American Football, you are actively allowed to pile on someone, and the little Aidens might just straight up die tbh.

Obviously males are generally better than females at pretty much all sports outside of the ones where shit like flexibility or weighing very little is the most important, mainly acrobatic shit and horse shit, but as far as sportsball goes soccer is already a lot more lenient than most others with the exception of tennis and volleyball which have no contact, so that makes it extra funny that they failed that hard against a bunch of old fat guys.

The dimensions of a soccer goal is made for the mens game. Which is why most goalkeepers are around 2 meters, 6 and a half feet tall.

A 6 foot tall goalie is considered on the short end.

A woman goalie might have alright reaction time, but she lacks the muscle strength and size.

You see male goalies regularly THROW the ball 100-150 feet. I’d like to see a woman do that.

I was going to ask where they found the "cis men" for the opposing team, but judging from the voluminous guts on display in the game photographs, they were just some blokes down the pub.

The final score was embarrassing. We're supposed to believe that there's no difference in the sexes that cannot be fixed with the administration of cross-sex hormones, yet the pooners got a shellacking from a bunch of dadbods. If a team full of twentysomething "trans men" who appear to be in decent physical shape can't even put up a respectable showing against a group of middle aged fat dudes having a laugh, it almost, almost suggests that there are innate differences in physical strength and endurance between the sexes which cannot be mitigated by GnRH antagonists or hormone replacement therapy.

I'm a man and I've never felt threatened by a troon of either gender. They're unnerving, like when you see a guy smoking crack on the subway, but I haven't ever felt threatened by an MtF. This thread seems like it's got a pretty even gender balance and I'm not seeing many women talk about feeling threatened by FtMs either, just creeped out.

Studying computer science and then going into dev work means I've met a lot of people who don't realise they're just depressed from the fact they never go outside and never exercise. The next logical step for them, since they're incapable of self reflection, is to troon out and get free asspats from all the other mongoloids who gaslit themselves.

I feel really fortunate I haven't run into too many of them. Then again, I am old, I don't work in the startup sphere, and I haven't spent much time in the SF Bay Area, which seems like it'd be the most troon friendly place in America. I was hearing about how fucked the gender balance was there 15 years ago, so it must be way worse now. I think that the other big American tech cities have a way better gender balance so that'd cut down on the prison gay/"be the girlfriend" shit.

I do know that basically every tech conference has a creepy guy hassling the women there and there's an ongoing line of discussion in the organizers' group text about when and how to throw them out. Those guys transitioning would be a total nightmare. It really sucks, because the overwhelming majority of real women I've encountered in tech are really nice, laid back immigrants who mostly came to the first world because the money and quality of life is way better here than in Belarus or China or whatever.

I’ve had an amateur woman soccer player suggest this to me. She said women’s endurance is lower, so the second half is just a boring slow slog. Way better to size down and shorten but people are too invested in “equality means being the same!”

Where male goalies, even unprofessional ones, can kick the ball 80 meters and throw it 30 meters or further, these women clearly can’t.

The size of the ball relative to their feet and body is also bigger than with men. (Which is important when they already have a muscle disadvantage compared to men.)

Teen boys have to deal with a similar ball-to-foot/leg ratio, which may be why the skill level and play style is similar.

(I’m sure it has been mentioned before, but when the Swedish National womens team, at the time rated in FIFAs top ten, played against some rando amateur boys team, the boys team won.)

I agree with your points, but the video is a bit of a poor piece of evidence. All of those were blunders I've seen male top goalies do as well. None of the female players seemed to have the intent to kick the ball far, they were trying to pass (admittedly poorly). Again, not contesting your point, just ... I don't see it in that particular video.

I really like seeing "here's a this idea that could make soccer more suited to females, which will also make it more interesting to watch" instead of just "whamen no kick boy ball good and hard like boy do. No kick ball gud hard means whaman no allowed to play kicking ball. Kicking ball only gud for boys."
The former is more interesting to read and leads to more interesting conversations even if nothing's actually ever going to come of it.

I actually love the idea of modifying female sports so that they are better suited to how females are physically. This would also have the added bonus of kind of making troons ineligible to participate, since they'd be participating in a sport that isn't designed for their biology.


... Obviously this is already the case, but biology based modifications to sports could actually further push transpeople out of female sports.

Not to turn this into a compendium of unwatchable women's sports, but women's ice hockey is brutal to watch. In addition to being slower, the powers that be have decided that ladies don't check, which sort of eliminates one of the most important aspects of the game. It's still fun to play, but even at the highest levels, you couldn't pay me enough to watch it.

Also, have you seen the average female hockey player? They'd be just fine hitting and getting hit. I'm aware that the only women's hockey players most people can name are the Lamoureux twins, and even that is asking a lot, but trust me when I say that they are...not representative of your average beer league hockey chick.
