That's so funny, same here. I lived in SF most of the 2000s, socialized in the Castro ALL the time, and I made a hundred friends there but didn't know a single troon. Katalyka wouldnt be a good game for your series, as it was completed and finished copies have been sent to many of the backers.
I was happy with the game, but I felt like I could design something better, for a younger audience, using what I learned from Katalyka and streamlining it into a more fun game with a better theme. so I made Eternal War of the Candy Realms.
The art is more pleasing, the same is a lot smaller and compact, with less parts and faster paced.
I play tested it and am taking some time off of it so when I come back to it in a few months I will have a fresh perspective
I don't think I am going to kickstart it, as I felt too attacked and harassed by racist and sexist blacks who apparently can't handle a woman with opinions and ideas.

The interviewer continues to try to pry more information out of "Molly", but I'll spare everyone the more boring parts and highlight the stuff Molly says about gender and sex. Note: at NO point does the interviewer engage with any of the topics around gender, sex, or race. Molly just keeps bringing this stuff up despite the interviewer's best efforts to keep the dialogue focused on the board game:
