I know you wanted to hear another STORY about the malpractice of a “gender specialist”!
In short, a 14-years old boy receives an implant with a puberty blocker Supprelin as soon as he gets admitted to Transgender Center at St. Louis Children’s Hospital.
Some highlights, so that you niggas won’t have to read the text:
GIVEN: a physically healthy 14-years old encountered on the Internet that trans was a thing. You know the drill, he started with gender fluid which mutated to she/her pretty fast, eventually stopping at “non-binary”. Also, the 14-years old got plenty of info on puberty blockers which might imply that he was groomed.
PROCESS: It was the father (they seem to have a parenting situation when the kid lives with a quite deranged father) who searched for LGBTQBBQ+ center. When they counseled the “doc” the first recommendation was Supprelin. The “doc” also warned them that their son would never have kids if he goes a way of troon, but the doc offered a solution – no biggie, just bank the sperm!
“She recalls wondering how she found herself in a conversation about banking the sperm of her 14-year-old.”
The direct quote from the “doc” was “Well, it’s what Casey (the boy) wants, and we want Casey to feel comfortable.” The same reasoning was later sounded by the kid’s father.
How else did the “doc” convince the mom that PB was absolutely necessary? Of course, they played a suicide card!
“The psychologist responded by quoting alarming statistics, in front of Casey, on gender dysphoric kids committing suicide if they aren’t allowed to transition.”
RESULT: “a devastating decline in his mental and physical health after this intervention” and “suicidal thoughts” which eventually got the boy to a psychiatric ward.
When the mom addressed the clinic to remove the blockers, the clinic pulled out standard bureaucracy shit trying to persuade her that the blockers were lifesaving. The endpoint was that the kid’s father vetoed the removal of Supprelin.
As of the moment of the article’s publication (aka today), the Supprelin was still there. The boy is 16 years old looking like a kid.
