Ive said it before but I want to reiterate if this two year long farce winds up with the Teflon Tard right back at 14BC buttering Barbs muffins I will laugh my fucking ass off.
Its sounds ridiculous, farcical, like something that could not possibly happen, thats basically Chris's entire life, they never charged him with rape, the EPO has long since expired, theres a chance, no matter how slim that the State just decides this shit isn't worth the trouble.
Admittedly not likely, but still the most horrifying and hilarious outcome.

The most hilarious result would be Chris declaring he isn't even related to Barb because he's a Sonichu/hedgehog/whatever and then just literally marrying a completely gibbering senile Barb and then just fucking her senseless for the rest of her life, then ruling over 14 BC as long as he lives.

Obviously all speculation and opinion but I’m putting my money on not seeing Chris again until all this court stuff is settled

There's no way he was racking up tugboat payments while sitting in jail. SSDI gets shut off for probation violations, which only last 90 days. Chris was gone longer than that.

We all know that Chris will never change, once he is free, he will stop taking his meds and be his old self again, which means his lunacy will still continue.
Makes me only wonder what new coping mechanism Chris has in mind, now that the merge still didn't happen.

He wasn't on probation. He wasn't convicted on anything. This has been gone over over and over and over and over and over and over and over and fucking over again.

It doesn't matter, he was gone for longer than 30 days. That's all it takes. People on probation don't lose their benefits either, it's the act of being in jail for longer than 30 days which causes them to lose it.

In my mind he lost his teflon tard title when he was taken into custody. From here onwards I feel his actions will be taken more seriously than they were before. Two years or ten, his life is changed forever.

I imagine his wranglers are aware at this point of how many people are waiting for him to resurface, there must have been conversations regarding this. Chris is likely ready to address the world, if he wasn’t it’d be an unprecedented first.

If it really is true that Barb consented(or just said she did) then this is probably what will happen. How would she justify a restraining order to the court? And there are rules for evicting people too so she couldn't just throw him out(unless going to jail changes that).

The two most relevant parts there are CONVICTED and PRISON
Chris has never been convicted and jail is not prison, a distinction maybe lost on the average poster but not on the Legal System.
Legallly, as written, there is nothing that cuts off or invalidates the Tards Tugboat as of yet, Habeus Corpus violating 2 year imprisonment without trial doesn't cut it.
