Basically they are counting each payment as a separate "Crime"

The Lawyer cut a single check, and then Trump payed it back in installments, It is a prosecutor who knows he has nothing to actually indict on throwing up the biggest number they can to make a good headline and get on CNN before their entire career implodes and they have to end up washing dishes next to a bunch of illegal spics for 2 dollars a day.

the rest are all the same charge but for different voucher entries in his ledger over and over again, I think?

None of this is Trump. It's Cohen for charge #1 and Trump's accountant is #2-34. Unless they're literally claiming that Trump ran the accounting for his Trust.

Notable is that they're claiming it was intentional defrauding and intent to commit another crime. What's that crime? Don't ask questions. (No, it's not illegal to pay an ex-lover to go away.) MAYBE they're thinking he's defrauding his Trust to pay his whore?

They intentionally move for Intent because this would make it a felony, if not, it's a misdemeanor.

It's literally fucking nothing. Literally nothing, copy pasted 34 times in a row. All this for the talking point so they can keep their TDS cult followers masturbating themselves to sleep one more day.

If they don't feel they can get him on a felony (which would disqualify him) then this will be dragged out until the election so they can keep harming him.

If he turns it around on them and starts running on this as a campaign issue, they'll bury it and then drop it later.


Edit: Wait. Every single one of these charges are AFTER he assumed office? Well, he sure as shit wasn't involved in any of the day to day operations of this shit back then... who was?
