You'd think the Uniparty would get the memo by now by realizing trying to indict Trump isn't exactly a good idea.
This DA is a Soros goon and True Believer. He's also a fucking retarded nigger, which is worse than a normal nigger by at least one standard deviation. Much like Garland, this guy's basically gone rogue.

That's my read too. All indicators are that beyond giving boilerplate response about Trump being not immune from the law nobody in the Uniparty actually wants to claim this or support it. They cannot denounce it because that would hurt them, what they can and have done is make some very minor show of support then never mention it again.

hell, Biden's handlers had to drill in an "I will make no comment at all" statement in Biden.

It's fortunate that Soros went for diversity than competence.

If they don't feel they can get him on a felony (which would disqualify him)
No. No, no, no. Nothing disqualifies anyone from running for president except the things explicitly listed in the constitution. Barring some state announcing that they will print all their ballots without Trump on them because of this, which is illegal but would probably be allowed anyway, there is nothing that can happen here to disqualify Trump from running for president.

So they told him the next hearing is on December 4th and he's flying back to Florida tonight?

This is the great uniparty victory? Mildly inconveniencing a man?

The victory is in the morale of the left.

Just like the impeachments now they can screech asterisk! asterisk! anytime anyone mentions his name. Trump is now the twice impeached and criminal former PotUS forevermore in the eyes of the MSM and the Left wingers. So they get to smush that into the face of anyone ever trying to defend Trump.

I don't really think anyone besides a few true believers on both sides thought this was going to be some massive trigger. Most normies will see it as a slime move by the Dem's but will shrug their shoulders and go on with life. The Lefties can't really roit if the right doesn't show up and despite what the MSM tried to imply not many pro-Trump'ers showed up so it turned into a big nothing burger.

This is a victory for the left sure but only time will tell if it's a Pyrrhic one.

There was one with Trump shitting on Kingdom Hearts 3 while Biden loved it.

There really are a bunch of funny ones.
Found what I think was it, thanks for that.
No gag order, fire away king o7

edit: next hearing is December 4th, they have absolutely nothing, what faggots.
So for the next 8 months they get to refer to him as a presidential candidate under investigation (along with "twice-indicted")? Sounds like they got what they wanted and come December will stick another 8 month stall on.

They want a sword of Damocles hanging over him. But he can easily swing this as being strung along by the courts, something the everyday man can be affected by.
Hello.

I have to ask, is 8 months from arraignment to next hearing normal for the NYC court system? Or is this, like everybody called it, an attempt at election interference by a biased DA and judge. 8 months for Trump's attorney to file a motion to dismiss for SO MANY realistic reasons, just for a smarmy judge to say "denied, see you again in November of '24"?

Court cases usually take a year or so before the jury is seated and the "proceedings" begin.
