There was also a video he made about Audrey hale shooter and the pronoun drama surrounding her. And these comments are even more stupid than the last video I had shown. Those cases refer to Swyer Syndrome. Those women may not have functional eggs but they do have functional female genitalia despite the streak gonads. They have female development and can gestate children with fertility technology. Males, however, go through a completely different process.

Right but even if it doesn't reach male levels, it can still be unfair. If we're talking a severe hormone imbalance, but perhaps not male levels, it can still be a problem ethically.

I don't know if black women have higher levels of testosterone, but from what I've heard, PCOS is particularly high.

If you're going to tackle the issue through statute rather than through the medical board you need to be aware of all edge cases. Very few people want a 12 year old that's been raped to have to undergo an ultrasound and be informed about a heartbeat before an abortion. That's still a requirement in several states.

It's so exceptionally rare to have a case like that it shouldn't shatter your worldview and make you think sex is a spectrum and hormones turn you into fully female.
