For some reason, Bob posted this completely useless, one hour video, on his Care Bear page today.
Don't bother, it's completely useless. He claims to be assisting in traffic control for a burning car but he does nothing but stop his vehicle and watches.
There is no video of him doing anything, let alone directing traffic. There not even video of the car.
He only films a building for 45 minutes.

It is interesting that at 1:44 there is video evidence of Bob rolling through a stop sign without coming to a complete stop.

At 55:50, Bob runs a red light putting innocent people at riskvand at 56:12, he makes a right lane change without using his signals.

Bob is a horrible driver, and shouldn't be on the streets.

Turn in your license Bob, before it's too late and someone gets hurt.
Think about it. You know I'm right!!

Why does Bob always seem to be around fires with a camera?? Admiring his handy work?

My husband says the static in his car sounds like an old Atari. I say that is too advanced and Bob has a Fischer Price walkie talkie and Mr. Microphone.

I honestly laughed myself silly at the thought of Bob driving around yelling into his Mr. Microphone "I've got a camera"!!!!!!

In today's video, Bob proves without a shadow of doubt that he has no argument as to why he doesn't completely stop at stop signs and why he doesn't signal when changing lanes.
He doesn't even try to defend himself.

We now have documented proof and he's scared that this evidence will be turned over to the authorities.

For everyone's safety, prease obey local traffic laws Bob, before it's too late.

Think about it, you know I'm right.

Coshocton REACT is a much more professional operation. That’s probably why every EMS in Carroll County calls them for traffic control and Bob seethes with jealousy. His video today demonstrated that. The drivers side is just an unsafe rats nest of wires that are nigger rigged together. He’s using 1980’s radios that aren’t properly shielded from cell phones and modern electronic devices.

You really need to step up your game, Bob.

I figured RLM was probably jealous of REACT, since he's always posting about their involvement with incidents in the area. Meanwhile CAER is just left on the bench stewing.

Did REACT get the new digital radios that Bob didn't get? And these videos have been Rene free for quite some time... You don't supposed they finally put her into nursing home or dead or got some sense and moved away from Blob?

And I just happened to check on the Ohio Law 4513.17. The section ends at "...highway maintenance vehicles, and similar equipment operated by the department or local authorities, provided such vehicles are equipped with and display, when used on a street or highway for the special purpose necessitating such lights, a flashing, oscillating, or rotating amber light"

It has nothing to say about REACT or Radio Patrol Organizations - something else RLM is pulling out of his ass???!! Or does he have a link to the enabling law? Or maybe it's one of those pre-1990's laws, that has been revoked. As we have already determined RLM uses some very old law books to support his dubious legal assertations.

What gives me the right to criticize you Bob is not the internet, my right comes from being an Ohio tax payer! Also my family has been in the Carroll and Tuscarawas County area since before Ohio was a state. I am even a member of The First Families organization where I had to prove my lineage with primary documents.

How lovely you had enough money to buy a new rearview mirror camera but still hit up food banks meant for families that truly struggle to feed their children.

Also you didn't stand outside your vehicle to get people to slow down. We heard you mumbling the entire time sitting on your ass in the car.

Now that the weather is improving my huband and I have some vacation time coming from WORK in May, it would be an excellent time to visit Carrollton. First place I am hitting up is the Browse and Buy. I have been to the Dover location but was unaware of the Carrollton location. I will have to tell the store volunteers how I learned about the location from your videos. I am sure the volunteers are well aware of you and will have some interesting stories.

I might have to create my own YouTube channel dedicated to our trip to scenic Carrollton.

This newest doesn't prove anything; he just muted the sound in this video. I have heard from my friends on the force that he blasts the sound up in hopes of being noticed. Leave the real heroes alone!
