Judging from the TIM fashions we have been privy to in this subforum, it either looks like your grandma's purse, complete with Werther's original candies, or it is just a glittery dildo with a handle.
It seems like there are two camps when it comes to male troons. This is horrid. Not only is it completely disgusting with an awful smell and "white gunk" whatever that is growing everywhere, they still want their partner to go down on them.
I think the question here is: "Why should I put myself through this?". He wants to ask it but he can't bring himself to be honest with everyone, he wants someone else to say it.

Poor hygiene is correlated with poor mental health. That however is totally irrelevant here because transition cures all ills.
Yeah but this lot just, I don't know. At least those with poor mental health are abit embarrassed or ashamed, even hoarders will say, 'I'm sorry it's a bit of a mess' whilst you're fighting your way through a couple of centuries worth of junk. With troons there's no shame, nothing.

Why should they feel shame? That generation has been told there is no shame in „nice” mental illnesses like BPD, anxiety or depression and brags about their shitty mental health online. Also, being trans is cool, with much hugboxing.
A 40 year old homeless schizophrenic with half their teeth missing, by comparison, isn’t getting „slaaaaaay queen„ or being celebrated as a diversity hire. The voices in their head aren’t gawped at on YouTube as headmates fronting in a system. Sane people aren’t adding performative crap to their profiles to support them. Celebrities aren’t showing their cluttered homes off on Instagram. Unfashionable serious mental illness remains underfunded, undertreated, and stigmatised.
TL;DR you feel shame if others disapprove. We’ve destigmatised non-icky middle-class mental illness, so no shame. No-one wants to celebrate the serious shit, so shame attaches to it.
Actually it's a thing, among some of the unbearable woke set (am peers with some, yes I try to disguise my TERFism and disgust). It's a rejection of the superficial, is the idea. Valuing outside appearances at that basic hygiene level, and caring about your home space, is seen as materialistic and has nuclear family vibes. It's too domestic in the bad way. After all, you have a new Chosen Family/Glitter Family now! Not like at home where those squares were obsessed with doing chores.
The hippies going barefoot was a kind of backlash to the ultra buttoned up '50s respectability. And this can be thought of similarly- a backlash to what a home (and by extension, a family) is supposed to be.
It also is kind of a way to display your suffering- you know how people list their mental illnesses on Twitter bios, like badges of pride? Being unclean is kind of a proof of your suffering (under evil capitalist world etc), and of your mental illness (which, remember, is thought of as brag worthy among a certain set).
In sum, the bad hygiene and horrible living conditions are 100% on purpose, it's kind of a trendy thing.
