I have already made a autistic prediction of chibi if he manages to worm his way into glorious Nippon.

There is a 95% chance his plan is to obtain his diploma mill degree in video game design (a field he will never pursue), apply for the JET program, find a virginal nip wife in the inaka village he gets placed in, and spend the rest of his days as the local Charisma Man who is always waiting for the next seasonal matsuri where he gets a socially acceptable chance to wear a yukata. And hopefully his future wife never discovers that he used to call himself "chibi."

That would be the best arc. Adam goes to Japan expecting to be hanging in Akihabara Ramen shops daily boasting his Joker disguise and preying on school girls. But in reality the English teaching program will send him to a village that cant be further away from Tokyo, with an average age of 50 where he will grind through 16 hour days as a teacher for kindergardeners with no respect or acknowledgement from his colleagues for what he does and shunned as foreigner by the community. And in the little spare time he has for himself he can only sit alone im the shoebox sized room that he can afford with the abysmal pay and witness his psyche dissolving even further with bing bing wahoo music in the background.

I'd say Chibi is SOL on doing the JET program because there's an age cutoff but then again the 10k autism tour still took him and that too had a age cutoff.
