Potter isn't bad. Reading it when it was new, there were no movies and the story wasn't spoiled everywhere certainly helped a lot in enjoying them but Rowling knows her craft and the books still hold up.
Of course knowing classics is important too - because they are classics for a reason, and to understand references and comments on those stories in later works.

How is there even a question of this? From what I've seen everything on HBO Max is deliberately as pozzed as possible. It's their ESG containment zone. Not only will there be more than one tranny, but there's going to be a shitload of black people and lots of gay shit that has nothing to do with the story.

Only Targs are not human. They are literally dragon-human hybrids (and dragons themselves are hybrids) and their genetics work differently than ours. Long ago Martin wrote or co-wrote a sci-fi novel with white-haired, pyromant human-like alien race being the rulers of the world. Targ much? Knowing Martin affinity for Lovecraftian horror (which he included in big doses in asoiaf) it's really not a surprise. Asoiaf is not a historical drama book. It's fantasy and its world and its rules are different than ours, that's all.

Maybe we are the victim of our own mistakes, I'd take feminism over this wave of fake women nutcases anyday. A raging feminazi is still more tolerable than the average troon. Most women aren't necessarily responsible for its rise because the vast majority really don't give a shit.

Being poor/disadvantaged is the true difficulty slider for society, but nobody gets to talk about that because it would unite the majority of people against those at the top.

Right, but that's modern feminism, trannies have been a thing for a lot longer than the modern wave of feminism. Under the last wave of feminism we saw women who insisted they could do anything that a man could that gender didn't make a difference. We saw women fighting to get into men only spaces, (looking at you Augusta National Golf Club). Point out they were whores, it was "slut shaming" and you were the bad guy. That shit evolved into "kink shaming" because for some retarded reason everything was worth of respect so sure... you dress as a woman and that's your thing do you! It was femnist male allies who fucked them with modern troonery.

I dunno, it's very possible (and fucking likely) I'm wrong. Its just the longer I look at the modern troonery movement the more it begins to resemble what I saw during the 90s/2000s feminism movement.

This is the kicker that modern progressives do their best to ignore. It's not your race, it's not your sex, it's not where you want to put your (or want put in your) sexual organs, it's the size (or lack there of) your bank account.

And the reason most of them fight so hard to ignore it is because they are from wealthy families.

I don't think they were ever as obnoxious, as successful, as violent and enjoyed as much support as troons are today. Those super-radical feminists who wanted to exile or castrate all men usually existed somewhere on the fringe of society and rarely did something impactful and meaningful.
